Kamer niet klaar een half uur voor inchecktijd
Douche was prima.
Zwembad aanwezig.
Vriendelijk personeel.
Bedden zijn aan vervanging toe. Helemaal doorgelegen en extreem zacht.

The location was good for the activities we had planned, underground parking was included & very appreciated. Denny’s was on site & convenient. The kitchenette in our suite was adequately stocked & the seating area was separated from the sleeping area which was nice.
There was only 1 chair in the pool area & it was broken.
We booked a room with a kitchenette which was helpful. Also free parking and a gym
The location is on a busy road and quite noisy and a good 25 minute walk to downtown
Location was great and staff are excellent and toilets were high enough!! It was great!

I called more than five time to front desk to check if we can get some water .didn’t answer once.when I come downstairs she was there and when I ask why u didn’t answer my call she said I was upstairs.not impressed with service and staff behaviour (short hair lady at desk).
She charge me 100 $ security deposit and never came back to my account.i think management or someone should look into matter.
If I don’t get money back .i will write a review about in Google .

Rooms were dirty, undertrained staff, very bad elevator, overall not worth the money and worst sandman location
The room clock radio was set for a midnight alarm by previous occupant which woke me out of a deep sleep. Fire alarm at 3:30 caused the hotel to be emptied for 45 minutes. Had to get up at 4:30 so it wasn't such a good night of sleep.
Convenient location to the event we were attending
Fire alarm went off at 330 AM, then shut off, some people evacuated, others stayed in their rooms, lots of confusion until the Fire dept & Police arrived and had to go door to door to clear the building. There was smoke, so i guess i should be thankful that i was woken up by an alarm.

Food and Service at Dennys we did not like
Food was horrible at Dennys. I ordered chicken noodle soup the soup was all over the rim of the bowl. Next time the same day around 11 pm we went to have coffee and desert my daughters coffee cup had a big lipstick stain she complained the waiter replaced the coffee my daughter drank the coffee there was something in it that was solid I never went back this, happened the day we arrived. I have been going to Dennys from here to USA from young to now this never happens. I go to Dennys maybe 3 times a week in Surrey, B.C. Vancouver, Burnaby. Not very clean.
Sorry for this review but I was very disappointed Dennys was of off the reason I chose this hotel. I was going to go there everyday of my stay with my family there was 7 off us
