Spacious room and very clean, no dust anywhere. Quiet with block out blinds. Slept well.
Luggage delivered to the room from the taxi.
En suite shower had a rain forest shower head with good pressure and easy to control temperature.
Staff were polite, professional and courteous.
Location was good, plenty of places to eat and drink at near by and it was lovely to walk along the quay.
Delicious and well run breakfast service. I was surprised by how good the coffee was.
Pillows - Down pillows seem luxurious but they're such a hassle to get comfortable. Alternative pillows were provided on request.
The outdoor pool was a bit cold and with no view (other than the sky) so we only went for a swim once. I had expected a lusher/greener pool area to relax in but it felt uninspired. Good for if you want to exercise, not so good if you're there to lounge.
As is often the case with these types of hotels, there is a members only lounge that we didn't have access to that I feel would've been better utilised as a cool bar/lounge/area that all guests could enjoy. It's otherwise just an "exclusive" lounge made to soothe the egos of those who can use it...

AC old and working loud. Breakfast venue is too small and overcrowded. Not fresh vegetables.

Great check in, we arrived early and they texted us when room was ready and bags were already waiting for us in the room when we arrived.
Breakfast was excellent.
Staff were professional and courteous.
Room was clean and furnished to a high quality.

Wife and I stayed at Intercontinental for 4 nights before our cruise. Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Good rooms, quiet, comfortable beds.

My wife and I stayed here at the beautiful hotel for 4 nights. It was fantastic. I recommend you book a Club Room.
The hotel is very modern and conveniently located right by Clarke Quay riverside. The hotel and rooms were a little small, but very space-efficient and filled with all of the amenities you'd need. The Club lounge staff was very friendly and helpful. The Publico restaurant is very pretty and a great place for breakfast buffet. A big thanks to everyone at the Club lounge, especially Edmund, Maya, Julie, Adi, and the friendly front desk staff.
