Exceptional highly rated.
Pros:

ALL staff are exceptional. The service is exceptional. The food in all three restaurants brilliant. Our room was right next to a wedding ceremony and we immediately requested to move rooms and were accommodated immediately with a room move and upgrade with no questions asked! It was our anniversary and there were devine desserts and cakes and champagne and even a balloon to congratulate us. Such a special touch. And at dinner were also given a complimentary dessert. Our waitress on Friday night was faultless and so professional!

Cons:

The only downside is that a service charge per cleaner etc is added to your final bill which we found a bit distasteful seeing as you pay a premium at this hotel. Also a service charge of 12.5 % is added to your restaurant bills automatically too. Its not that we sont tip BUT we feel that should be discretionary.

Fabulous Comfort
Pros:

We had the most wonderful experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, waiting in our every need or query. It felt like home away from home in a fancier level😁 Even in departure they had gifts for our exchange students to take home. I loved the fantastic art collection displayed all over. Movies in their theatre was an extra treat. Highly recommend stay at the 12 Apostles. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting

I can't say enough about the excellence of this hotel. It's a beautiful property in a stunning setting, excellently staffed, with very good dining options.

We especially enjoyed the heated pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and light suppers at the Cafe Grill. Breakfast was also very good. Restaurant staff were top-notch.

We had an unusual thing happen during our stay here - one of us fell ill, and we needed a doctor followed by a visit to an emergency room. The staff were right on top of it, making sure we got the care we needed and following up with us to make sure everything was alright. We can't thank the folks at this hotel enough for their kindness.

We would definitely come back for another stay if the opportunity presented itself.

A huge thank you to the entire team at The 12 Apostles for the wonderful hospitality and friendly service. We had such a memorable experience and truly felt welcomed and looked after from the moment we arrived.

A special thank you to Kaylin, the picnic manager, for going above and beyond to make everything so special and ensuring that everything was perfectly taken care of.

And a big thank you to Themba, our waiter, for his warm, friendly and attentive service. You made our experience even more enjoyable.

Beautiful stay with the most amazing staff

Spectacular hotel, everything from the location, fabulous food and attentiveness and caring from the staff. We were made to feel so welcome from the minute we arrived at the property. Special thanks to Asanda at the Leopard bar and the amazing staff at breakfast. Also the shuttle drivers were excellent and it’s a great service the hotel provides. A beautiful and special stay.
