Ananda was my waiter and he was amazing and gave me the best experience welcoming me to Cape Town. When I return, I will go back. I thought I would need to get an Uber back but they drove me to my hotel. So kind of not knowing the value of money I may not have tipped well. For that I feel bad. I give this place an A++
Celebrated our 31st anniversary! We absolutely love the 12A and the staff! Yonela looked after us today, what a lovely experience.
For my 30th birthday, my sister and I went to the 12 Apostles Spa, and it truly lived up to the hype. Apart from the incredible amenities at your disposal and how beautiful the spa is, the people there truly make the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by two beautiful, friendly ladies who wished me a happy birthday. The manager, Jo, also came to greet me, which was such a kind gesture, and it made me feel so special.
The spa receptionist who assisted us, Caylin, had a warm energy about her and was incredibly thorough. She walked us through everything and was kind enough to take a few pictures of us. My massage therapist, Taryn, was also a sweetheart. It was the perfect pressure, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
My sister also said her massage therapist, Lerato, was amazing and knew how to get to those tough knots on her shoulders. Truly, they were both absolutely amazing and talented. I also want to give a shout-out to Zusiphe; she is such a friendly lady who was also super helpful and took soo many pictures of my sister and me without getting tired or frustrated.
Everyone there truly made my birthday spectacular. The warm energy and kind smiles truly make 12 Apostles Spa one of a kind, and I can't wait to come back again.
This place is amazing! We went for the high tea during our honeymoon and the ambiance was top notch. We were seated with an incredible view and the service (Sikelala) was so attentive and kind. She made sure we felt special and taken care of the entire experience. We loved the food and the drinks we tasted. We highly recommend for a relaxing and beautiful afternoon!
Everything…the room could’ve been bigger for a suite. But loved it 😍
The size of the suite. There wasn’t even space for my bags. I had to put my bag under the tv, couldn’t open the bag, so that was quite awkward.
First of all I would like to thank Mr. Asanda for his excellent service and warm welcome, he suggested us some dishes and drinks and they were perfect, the pasta, sushi and soup are all so yummy, highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at the 12 Apostles. (12A) Everything from the rooms, decor, cleanliness, to the service, to the food, and the staff—- is exceptional. Each and every team member that works there is so pleasant, helpful, and vibrant. Everyone always has a smile, such a pleasant attitude and you can tell they really care about the resort and their guests. It really is such an amazing staff, and they truly stand out.
The property of the hotel is one of the most beautiful in the world. The views from the restaurant and deck out front are beyond stunning. The rooms are all beautifully decorated and very clean. The decor of the rest of the hotel such as the pool area, common areas, surrounding gardens and restaurants are also beautifully decorated.
We often stay at nice five star hotels and this one truly shines and is our favorite. We can’t wait to get back.

For a 5 star hotel, housekeeping needs to up their game. We had to ask for milk everyday and the toilet paper was only replenished on our last day, although we stayed for 3 nights.
Had friendly welcome by the security guy who welcomed us with a smile when we stepped into the premises. As if that was not enough, what a warm reception by Tebogo, Thapelo and Patric they made us feel at home as special guests. We were served with a genuine and personality by Sikeleka and Leapard Bar ......waaaaa the live performance by Tim was on another level as he sang a special birthday song to Thumie my friend. You are the best 👌
We stayed at the hotel and one evening decided to visit the leopard bar, my goodness was it a lovely experience. From the recommended cocktail to the bar snacks. Rati assisted us with such great customer care and service.

What a beautiful stay at this serene hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The meals were incredibly delicious. And the views! Everything about 12A is just LUXURY!
Exceptional hotel, it has a warm and cosy feeling that makes you feel relaxed the moment you climb out of the car and walk in. It is in a beautiful location that is overlooking the sea and has a calming presence. The room was big and charming. It was clean and all our needs for certain pillows was met and we just felt relaxed. The staff, from the wonderful driver to the receptionist, housekeeping, bar staff and waiters and everyone that I missed was truly exceptional at there work, you can see and feel that they truly have a passion for there work and care about every person that stays here.
There is so many good thing I can say about our stay here and I honestly don't have any complaints as food was 10 stars. The steaks was soft and just full of flavor and melts in the mouth. And give there chicken curry a try. And do not skip out on the incredible breakfast. I tried my first oyster and our amazing waitress even gave advise on the best way to eat it with Tabasco sauce and I was hooked. It was honestly the best I have every had. The movie experience was also very good.
Thank you to Sinalo for checking in everyday to make sure we are ready for the day and helping us and giving advice. We made us feel the most at home and so so cared for.
