It was super nice.
Pros:

Staff were super kind and helpful. I like the location in old Istanbul with access to the public transport. It was clean and the vibe was super friendly and nice. Turkish breakfast was delicious. I will definitely will stay here next time I am visiting Istanbul.

Closed enough to the attractions and all the restaurants / shops, but a bit away from the main tourist area. Friendly Staff, spacious room.

Comfortable hotel in good location, with delicious breakfast!
Pros:

The hotel was well located in Sultanahmet, very close to the blue mosque and other tourist attractions. The staff gave us great recommendations for food and activities as well as support with transport to/from airport. The hotel on was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious with good range.

Pros:

Veoma ljubazno osoblje i pustili su nas u sobu u 10h. Posteljinu i peškire menjaju svakog dana. Blizu je Aja Sofije. Doručak je ok. Kafa je besplatna celog dana.

Hôtel très bien situé, fonctionnel et très bon accueil
Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux, emplacement au top et qualité/ prix rien à redire.

Cons:

Peut-être faudrait-il envisager des rideaux occultant car il fait jour dans la chambre dès que le jour se lève et revoir le fonctionnement de la climatisation

Pros:

This location was excellent walking distance to the sites..Serdar and Mehmet were so friendly it felt like we were at a friend's home. . Serdar suggested go to the Princess Islands ,what a lovely experience I would thoroughly recommend this outing.

Small cozy box room near all amenities
Pros:

The free breakfast was good, just didn’t have enough options but since it was free, I would surely recommend other people to stay there if in Istanbul
The hotel is near most touristic places, as in walkable distances only you’ve got to fit as every place was up the hill. The staff both late night and day staff were welcoming and always helpful with maps, local info, what to avoid, what not to pay of getting ripped off etc. The AC is in the room was wonderful and awesome too. Small fridge provided, with wardrobe and safe were handy too

Cons:

The double room as advertised wasn’t a good size but rather a smallish box room that’s suitable for a person with little or no space to move around but just enough to jump into the shower and back on the bed.
Bed was so hard but atleast the pillows were soft.

No prayer mat was provided - for Muslims one would expect this to be provided in a Muslim country like Turkey !

We wanted to get out of the place as early we can and stayed minimal time inside (just for sleeping)

The hotel is in need of significant updates and repairs. The overall cleanliness of the property was below expectations, and the breakfast quality was poor. The rooftop area, in particular, was unpleasant due to bird droppings and strong odors. This facility would greatly benefit from renovation and improved maintenance standards.

I was also surprised to see this property ranked highly on Booking.com, which raises concerns about the reliability of future bookings through the platform.

Un buen hotel para quedarse una semana en Estambul.
Pros:

El personal, encantador. Ayudaron con la Istambulkart y la SIM turca, también con transporte al aeropuerto y consejos para nuestra estancia. El barrio, tranquilo, pero a un paso de Sta. Sofía. La habitación, confortable.

Cons:

Gaviotas y palomos muy revoltosos en la zona. 😁
