Convenient and clean one night stay
Pros:

I liked that the front desk offered to book our taxi for an early morning flight (before the hotel shuttle) and said it would be covered. I also liked how close it was to the airport - very convenient.

Cons:

I did not like that at 4am when the taxi driver dropped us off at the airport he said the fare had not been covered by the hotel and we would have to pay. I am still waiting for a reply from the hotel to remedy this.

Good hotel for one night & easy airport access
Pros:

The room was great and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a good shower.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The public areas were a bit scruffy and worn.

Nice option near the airport
Pros:

Conveniently located near the airport. Rooms are updated but small. The bar tender was great and service was good.

Very expensive and poor customer service.
Pros:

Room was lovely and spacious.

Cons:

Never responded to any messages. Claimed that rollaway bed was available on request, then told on arrival that it wasn’t. Charged for two days parking when I only had a car for one.

Satisfactory, except for the absent wake up call
Pros:

Close to airport, convenient, clean, airport shuttle readily avail

Cons:

I asked for a wake-up call at the front desk and they did not call. (The wake-up button on the room phone also did not work.). I could’ve missed my flight had a family member not called me.
