Not staying here anymore
Pros:

It was in a good location with lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

Cons:

The room had a very small bed. It was listed as a queen but I disagree with that. Also, it did not have a TV in the living room of the suite which was not what I expected. Also, they gave us only 3 pillows and no microwave in the room. We had a refrigerator though. And, there were ants coming from the corner of the room closest to the outside as we were on the first floor.

I came to stay in Ohio due to my niece having a gender reveal, and this hotel was so close to where the event was going
Pros:

The room was very nice, but they were working on the third floor, where my room was and the smoke once you got off the elevator from whatever they were working on inside a couple of the rooms was terrible the smell alone

Cons:

The staff at the hotel specially front desk was very rude and I do mean very rude from Night Shift till morning shift

Pros:

Location was convenient. However access road was severely pitted with potholes. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom was very inadequate, especially for an accessible room - No shelves to place toiletries - No towel rods near sink - toilet paper holder was broken. Living area with couch was adequate but very stark - overhead lighting and only one lamp. Reading was a challenge.

It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't served until 7am, I couldn't eat there because our event started at 7am. And they take far to long refunding my deposit. I checked out at 645 and it's 930 pm and I still haven't received my deposit.
