Clean, updated, accessible to the highway for a stop on a long road trip. The staff were helpful, professional and friendly.
Nice spacious rooms. I appreciate that we had adjoining rooms too. The breakfast was good and fairly priced and the responsible staff were particularly attentive to clients' needs.
The gym is a little bit small. We had a 4-night stay in 2 rooms - only one of the rooms was cleaned once. Very disappointing in a hotel of this calibre. The wifi cut out severally and I had to use my 5G. Hoffman Estates is quite far from downtown.
The property is in a very good location, but their food is below average
The location is ideal. My first time in Chicago. I like the serenity, and the fact that you provided moder tea/coffee making machine. The staff were very helpful. When my laptop had a bit of hitch, the morning receptionist assisted me. On the night that I arrived from London, the receptionist was very attentive and helped with my luggage,
For over £150 per night hotel, I expect at least proper breakfast and complementary bottles of water. I have travelled all over the world, this is the worst experience I had. Even the breakfast costing around $17 is limited in choices. I think you can do better.
I like this hotel. Except, they should not let those trucks, especially semis, park in lot. They are taking up other spots blocking 5 or more. Then some leave running all night. Blowing diesel fuel everywhere.
Their breakfast is very lovey and extremely affordable. Waitresses and staff are very friendly. One of the ladies her name is Lynn, she is very sweet and she was so kind to my children and very helpful. I appreciate her and all the staff that have been so lovey over this past week.

Great breakfast buffet! And Lynn is the sweetest waitress who constantly made sure I had hot coffee. I remember her from the last time I stayed here…which means she def stood out last time too!

The breakfast was good, we didn’t want the buffet so we ordered an omelette and an English muffin to share . Waitress was very attentive and friendly.
First time staying at this hotel, very nice location and accommodations! Room was ready and clean upon arrival and the breakfast buffet was good for a morning start. The morning buffet attendant Lynn was friendly and helpful with a smile that brightens the start of a new day! I will definitely be back!
It was good could do a little more varty on the eggs like offer omelets fried eggs etc Also serve decaf coffee
need better pillows they were all dead very flat no support to head or neck also computer chair that works need a bigger pool. just upgrade the pillows
We selected this Hilton Garden Inn due to its location between my daughter’s apartment and her new home. Our room was clean and the sixth floor was quiet. Lynn Marie took care of us at every breakfast and made sure that we were satisfied. We came in one late afternoon with a Malnati’s pizza and asked the front desk person for some red pepper. He made a special trip to the kitchen area and brought us some in a small cup. He went above and beyond and we really appreciate that. Keep up the good work.
Lynn in the restaurant was fabulous. She made our breakfast so enjoyable. Food and service was very good. She is an excellent waitress.
