Pros:

The staff helpful all the time and friendly as well, I had a great time enjoying the facilities provided by the hotel and the cleanliness. Their attitude really gave me leaving with a great impression on Amherst and United States as a whole. Thank you.

Pros:

Not happy with my stay. On the 2nd day of our stay there we noticed two ants (big black ants) in the room, we got rid of them and went out for the day, when we came back to the room late in the evening the room was full of ants (we did not have any food in the room). I went to the lobby and talked to the staff which said they were sorry for the inconvenience but struggled to find us another room, after a while she got us another room which also had ants in it. Not acceptable and disgusting.

Convenient location and friendly staff
Pros:

The location is convenient with Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Chipotle, McDonalds and Barnes and Noble near by (we had a car). The breakfast staff was friendly and always restocking items that were low. There was a great selection for breakfast - waffles, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, bananas, apples, oranges, bagels, muffins and juice. I love how they also have easy take out options - wrapped bagels and muffins, and especially how the breakfast room was always open. I used the breakfast room to do work at night and the large conference table in the lobby, while my family slept in the room.

Cons:

The rooms smelled a little musty. The cleaning is every 3 days, but we weren't sure exactly when they were going to clean so we missed tipping the cleaners one day. They cleaned after 2 days, which was nice, but we felt bad b/c we didn't leave a tip for them. The cleaning staff were always super friendly. They always greeted us as we passed by and we could always ask them for anything we needed.

Lovely staff, great breakfast bars, peaceful

Lovely and helpful housekeeping staff

Kids in pool, screaming and jumping in, diving …using hot tub ( which is against rules and rough on us seniors)
