Everything but especially the staff. Manager Suhati and her team went above and beyond to make sure this would be the best hotel stay in my entire life. I'm afraid no other hotel may ever measure up. Special mentions to Vivek-- absolutely the most helpful and thoughtful staff I've ever encountered; and Sneha as well for her exceptional service. They remember your name through your stay and continuously surprise you with little gestures that make you feel so well taken care of. The level of attention paid to detail is simply incredible. They take initiative 100000% of the time; they literally think of everything without being asked. They are more attentive than my husband. And I'm convinced they are also all very trained in photography.
And the view! The hotel grounds! The pool!

The Oberoi Amarvilas was beautiful, the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us and the views of the Taj Mahal were spectacular.

The hotel exceeded all expectations and quite likely might be my new favourite hotel of all time. The premises is breathtaking with a direct view of the Taj Mahal, but its the hospitality and service that blew me away.

The staff noted a friend's birthday and gave very thoughtful souvenir gift, and also arranged the perfect tour guide for our Taj Mahal sunrise tour. Special mention to Rohit, Abhay and Suharni for taking such good care of us, and even changing our rooms to give us a better view of the Taj as you noted our short stay.

Will definitely be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay here and truly appreciated for all the helps and talks with your staff. Ansh was a really nice person and he helped us during the check in procedure. Also we had a really nice conversation with Deimaia during our breakfast after our visit to Taj Mahal. Abhinav also had an outstanding attention. Truly impressed by all staff and would recommend to everyone definitely.

Absolutely everything

Our stay at The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra was truly exceptional. We were celebrating our 6th month anniversary, and a special thanks to Suhani Vyas for arranging a room upgrade and a beautiful celebration setup that made our occasion even more memorable. Samra and Abhishek warmly welcomed us, assisted with check-in, showed us around the property, and ensured our comfort throughout the stay. The room offered a breathtaking view of the Taj Mahal, making every moment magical. The entire team made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories for us.

Absolument tout ! Cet hôtel est un rêve éveillé. L’accueil, le cadre, la chambre, le massage, le petit déjeuner, le personnel, l’odeur de l’hôtel, tout était parfait. Notre voyage en Inde sera inoubliable grâce à notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous allez y passer un formidable moment.

Super locatie met zicht op Taj Mahal, super kamer, mooie moderne faciliteiten, hospitality heel goed. Heel goed ontbijt. Nice upgrade van kamer. Vanuit hotel is transport eenvoudig naar Taj Mahal.

Amazing room and facilities, very hospitable staff, close by with nice view of the Taj Mahal. Food was also great with many international options. Hands down the best hotel in Agra.

The overall experience was stunning. I simply cannot rate them high enough. All the staff were so hospitable and professional. The location with views of the Taj and beautiful hotel grounds was an exceptional experience. It really is a jewel where staff, facilities, food, service, location all work in harmony.

Que dire à part que notre séjour était digne d'un rêve. L'hôtel est tout bonnement incroyable, le décor et l'environnement sont magnifiques et raffinés. Tout est décoré avec goût et somptueux. La piscine est immense, les jardins paisibles et féeriques, encore plus la nuit. La nourriture et les cocktails sont extras. Le personnel est aux petits soins, ils sont très attentionnés, tout en sachant restés discrets. L'hôtel fournit de petites attentions à chaque moment de la journée et met tout en place pour que votre séjour soit le plus confortable et agréable possible. Grande gentillesse de tous. Nous sommes venues pour l'anniversaire de ma sœur. Ils l'ont couverte d'attentions et de cadeaux. Cela nous a beaucoup touchées. Rien à redire, si ce n'est un grand merci pour ce moment exceptionnel dans le plus bel hôtel que nous ayons jamais fait.
