Blood and bed bugs
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

The blood on the sheets (bed bug bite marks, which shows sheets weren't washed ) and the bed bugs I found were horrifying! I was in and out of that hotel within 15 mins. They kept trying to give me a different room 🤮 The whole place stunk like it's never been deep cleaned. Looks like there haven't been any updates on the hotel since the 1970s. Deplorable and disgusting.
Then to top it all off the lady was giving me attitude through the whole conversation. She gave me the refund and I went back to my car. I looked at the receipt *I asked for* and she only refunded me for 1 night (it was a 2 night stay) I had to go back in that nasty hotel to receive the refund for the other night.

The front desk lady said "oops I didn't see that"

Sure she didn't, she just thought I wouldn't notice before I left town. Glad I kept on my journey for a refund before I left the city, I don't think that I would have ever received a refund.

The lady also made an excuse that she didn't answer Booking.com or me because she only had 30 min to reply.

Don't step foot in this place!

They have centipede in bathroom, and like 4 cm longer, the room wall have a hole

I live two days in the hotel, the first day I live in first floor, it’s bad for me. So I change the room to second floor.

A little pricey for a basic hotel.
Pros:

Ease of getting to and ample parking

Nice hotel aside from the humidity in the room.
Pros:

Clean and spacious double bed room

Cons:

Room felt humid even with the air conditioner set at 72 when we entered and even after I set it at 68 while we were out for 7 hours. Came back and room and under the covers still felt damp. Set air to 63 overnight and slept terribly due to the dampness. Very odd. My husband and I showered right after entering and left shortly afterwards and had all bathroom fan and lights on during shower and during getting ready. Very odd.
