Mr. George is very friendly...He is a great asset to the company and make your check in process seamless...I've been visiting this location for the past 6 years and his customer service never changed.

Great value! It was attractive, clean, nice little restaurant for late dinner and early breakfast. Room was comfortable and bed was great.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was what you'd expect from Hilton Garden, basic, spacious, clean. Counter space for toiletries by the sink. Shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. The shower was extremely, and I mean extremely, slippery. They provide a mat for the shower, use it. Breakfast is NOT included. There is a Dunkin Donuts across the street, as well as a Waffle House if you don't want to pay for the hotel breakfast.
For this price, you can get a room at a similar level hotel that includes breakfast. That's what I will do next time. There's so many in the area.
Currently there's construction going on right in front of the hotel, lots of noise in the morning. The windows are not soundproof.
Stayed here the night before an early flight out the next morning. Room was clean and comfortable and my grand daughter loved the swimming pool.
It is a bit difficult to get in and out of the hotel from the main road, and there was a noticeable homeless presence in the area.
Easy to navigate and very clean
It was a little confusing to get into but there’s construction going on at that time so I don’t hold that against them.

Location, location, location. Near everything. I alwsys stsy here when I cruise from Jacksonville. Rooms are large and extremely clean.
