A decent stay. The room is large, clean, and cozy. The staff is polite and friendly. If I come here again, I will definitely return to this hotel

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our Junior Suite on the 8th floor was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Thanks to the hotel’s central location, we were able to reach all the major New York attractions easily, with a subway station right outside the door and Bryant Park providing a lively atmosphere day and night.

We loved this hotel with the helpful staff and the ideal location. Room and bed was very comfortable. We also had a great view of Bryant Park. Lots of bakeries and coffee shops in the area. Approximately three blocks from Times Square. One day after we left we received an email that housekeeping had found a pair of my wife’s reading glasses and how we could retrieve them should we desire to do so. We thought this was an excellent display of honesty and integrity. We would stay here again.

It was a delight to return to the extremely welcoming safe hands of Jo Kinsella, Patrick and their wonderful, friendly team for the second time this year. We loved every minute of it. Bryant Park Hotel’s fabulous central location is a real winner, not to mention the early morning summer activities in the Square (t’ai chi and ribbon dancing) to name but a few. You are made to feel as if you are coming home, always a welcome feeling in NYC! We were upgraded (again!), which was a generous and wonderful surprise, as was the balloon and champagne so kindly sent to our room for our daughter’s graduation. The minimalist yet extremely stylish and comfortable design of the rooms and bathrooms is also a treat.

Our stay at Bryant Park Hotel was absolutely excellent. The location is truly unbeatable — right in the heart of Manhattan and perfectly positioned for exploring New York City, with Bryant Park just across the street and so many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance.

The hotel itself was beautiful, stylish, and very comfortable, while the service was professional and welcoming throughout our stay. It offered the perfect balance of luxury, atmosphere, and convenience.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York.

We had an amazing 30th wedding anniversary at the Bryant Park Hotel. Julio and BK took care of us with a bottle of Prosecco to start the weekend off. I highly recommend this hotel, the views from our room were spectacular!

Had the most lovely stay at the Bryant Park Hotel! So clean and comfy!

We recently returned from a four day trip to NYC and had the most magical stay at the Bryant Park Hotel!! We chose the hotel based on the beautiful Bryant Park location and reviews, and it did not disappoint! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, spacious, comfortable and quiet - we felt like we were the only ones staying there at times. We were on a higher floor and had a gorgeous view of the park along with plenty of space in the suite - which had the most comfortable beds and even an extra half bath which we were not expecting! We loved returning to the hotel after a day of exploring the city. The location is perfect, only an 8 minute walk from Times Square and right next to a subway station.

The Bryant Park staff really make this place special. We were welcomed by Jo, whose warmth and kindness made us feel right at home. Each day the staff greeted us as we left and later welcomed us back, giving us a sense of safety and comfort. The best part of the trip came on the last night. My daughter received the surprise of her life when her boyfriend, with the help of the Bryant Park staff, arranged a surprise visit, taking her to Central Park where he proposed on the Bow Bridge - and she said YES!!! The staff was on pins and needles waiting for them to come back to find out her answer!! It was so amazing and sweet, a night we will cherish forever! All with the help of the staff at this wonderful hotel in the heart of New York. A special thanks to BK, Jo, Julio, Georgie, Shannen and the entire staff for helping to make our stay so memorable. Afterwards, we received the sweetest note from BK thanking us for our stay and congratulating my daughter on her engagement. I’ve just never experienced such a high level of care, kindness, and sincerity from a hotel staff. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else - the Bryant Park hotel will be our home on all future New York trips!!!

After staying at different hotels in NYC we found, by fortunate accident, the BPH. Beyond its location in a wonderful area, the building is a visual pleasure and the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. On top of that the staff are unusually friendly and helpful. This will undoubtedly be our ‘go to’ hotel from now on. (BTW, after you get settled ask Scott to give you a historical tour of the building and surrounding area.)

La posizione ottima, la stanza grande. Stanza pulita. Possibilità di mangiare alcuni muffin e bere caffè o the al mattino. Molto buono il fatto di poter prendere anche acqua da bere (ci sono dei distributori di acqua aromatizzata vicino all’ascensore) in qualsiasi momento della giornata.

Exceptional hospitality. The staff is consistently outstanding and it's a great customer experience. Great location. Minimalist design and aesthetic, but very chic and clean property. Outstanding front desk staff and manager. Had a great trip!
