Perfect location and outstanding staff

I had a wonderful stay at the Bryant Park Hotel. After a rough red eye, Jo at the front desk went out of her way to find a room for an early check-in so I could grab a few hours of sleep before an important meeting. Her simple act of kindness made a big difference.

From the moment I arrived, Jo made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for, even surprising me with an extra drink ticket. It’s the kind of thoughtful hospitality that turns a great hotel into a memorable one.

I can’t wait to stay at the Bryant Park Hotel again the next time I’m in New York. I couldn’t recommend Jo and BPH more highly.

Our immediate family and relatives recently stayed at the Bryant Park Hotel as we celebrated our son’s New York City, weekend wedding celebration. From the moment we began planning our stay, Matt Plathak, Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing, served as an exceptional point of contact. He guided us seamlessly through every aspect of the process — from wedding block coordination and registration to room accommodations and hospitality services. His professional manner and eagerness to help were incredibly supportive.
We are truly grateful for the care and attention the entire staff showed our family during such a meaningful, celebratory weekend experience we will remember with joy for years to come.

Fantastic hotel! We had a large group of colleagues working in NY for three weeks, and we stayed at The Bryant Park Hotel for the duration while we worked a block away in an office on 5th Ave. and 42nd St. It was during the FIFA World Cup and the Knicks in the NBA Finals, including their win. Through all of that, and the many, many individual requests from our 20+ colleagues, the hotel staff did not bat an eye and did an amazing job taking care of all of us. All while their lobby was being remodeled. It was such a pleasure dealing with any member of their staff. On top of that, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, not to mention classy. I plan to stay here on future visits to Midtown Manhattan whether business or pleasure. They have a very beautiful lounge with an ambience that is both intimate and relaxing. Great drinks and service. Also, there is the awesome Bryant Park across the street to sit and enjoy or just walk through, and plenty of shops, restaurants, bakeries, and people watching in the immediate area. The leadership of Matt and Siobhán are the very reason this hotel is one of the very best!

The location is excellent, right across from Bryant park and close to the major subways to include the green and red lines. The hotel upgraded us to a beautiful room with the largest bathroom I've ever seen and the view of the park was stunning. The room was on a renovated floor so the furnishings were new and clean and bright. The windows were thick enough to drown out the street noise. The coffee bar is right at the opening of the elevator so you can easily get it and head back to your room in the morning. The staff was incredibly polite, efficient, accommodating and professional. The staff attitude made up for the lobby renovations going on. We had to leave a day earlier and the hotel didn't charge us for an extra night. Amazing customer service.

The rooms were of exceptional quality, best stay ever in NY. The service from staff was also amazing, particularly going out of their way to make us feel welcome (specially Scott)

Stayed here for an overnight before my flight and it was so nice, really enjoyed.

This is a long overdo review of the Bryant Park Hotel. We stayed for 3 nights last summer, our first time staying there. We arrived early and we were able to get our room right away which is always a plus after travel. We had a room on 10th floor in the back of the building. There was no view but was so quiet. We come to NYC a few times a year so the view is not important. The room was huge!! It was so pretty and bright! The bathroom was huge as well with both a shower and separate tub.
We love the bar Celon in the hotel, it is dark and sexy. They do close fairly early but nice for a drink. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and let my husband taste the Chartruse!
We did also eat at Koi which we enjoyed. We dont eat raw fish and the waiter helped us find a couple rolls that were cooked! We have eaten at Koi a couple other times years ago, it was a little more hopping back in the day.
We loved being right across the street from Bryant Park which is a great spot to sit and people watch.
We definitely would return. One thing I would say, at check in, they did try to upsell to a room with a view, multiple times, at a price increase. It was a little awkward to keep saying "no."

My husband and I went to The Bryant Park Hotel for our anniversary the end of June 2026. Scott checked us in and was so kind professional and courteous. He upgraded our room which was a huge surprise to the two of us. We were so appreciative for his kindness and generosity. Suite #1903 was absolutely gorgeous and it was perfect spot for our anniversary weekend in Midtown Manhattan. I highly recommend the Bryant Park Hotel the next time you are in the midtown Manhattan area. Thank you, Scott and the entire Bryant Park Hotel Team!!

Had a lovely stay. The rooms were well decorated and the staff were friendly. Had a lovely chat with Josephine who I found very kind and encouraging.

I recently stayed at the Bryant Park Hotel at the recommendation of a friend who spends a lot of time in Manhattan. This is her favorite hotel and the recommendation was spot on. This hotel is a beautiful oasis right in the heart of the city. It’s awesome to be able to walk out the door of the hotel and be in Bryant Park. It is peaceful but walkable to all the action.

My room was updated, bright, and spacious with great amenities and a view of the park. Free coffee bar every morning was a nice perk. Jo at the front desk was super attentive and kind, along with all the staff I interacted with. They made me feel right at home.

The lobby is currently under renovation, but it wasn’t an issue and didn’t detract from the experience. We’ve tried a lot of different hotels in the city and this will be our go to!
