Pros:

The whole aspects of the hotel is very comfortable and up-to-date.
Services are great .

Cons:

Missed some additional amenities in the bathroom as normal. However ai had all my itens by my own.

Overall a good stay
Pros:

A nice clean hotel in a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were good.

Cons:

Disappointed with dining room staff. We were practically the only ones in and the service was ok. However when we finished the main course we noticed the female staff were together having a fairly loud and boisterous conversation. We sat and waited for one of them to serve us as we both wanted a dessert. After 10mins of waiting and with the boisterous chat still going on we went to the bar, settled our bill and left annoyed and without any desserts. A shame because all the other staff we encountered were good.

Very impressive, great value considering the price, a stones throw away from train station and shops
Pros:

The room was so much bigger than I expected. Also incredibly quiet considering my room was facing the city and the train station. There are lots of facilities, I didn't use any as I didn't need them BUT it was great to know for next time!!

Cons:

I didn't understand how to work the shower, but I also didn't ask anybody so that isn't the hotels fault or the staffs fault.

Muy agradable con recorridos por salidas de emergencias!!

Muy buena ubicación , enfrente de la estación de tren, el desayuno muy bueno y muy servicial la atención , muy dedicados!
La habitacion muy bien, es recomendable.

Cons:

en cinco días sonó la alarma dos veces , la primera salimos por la puerta de emergencia que nos condujo a un apartado que no se podía salir muy fácil. pero lo importante que no había nadie del hotel en todo ese recorrido que nos dijera qué había pasado y si podíamos volver por donde vinimos .Éramos como 10 pasajeros. La segunda vez directamente bajamos a conserjería a preguntar , las dos veces la misma causa, "alguien" había roto una tapa, casi todos éramos adultos mayores , no tenemos fuerza para eso. Dos veces!!!
