Holiday inn
Pros:

Excellent location for trains, theatre and bars. Staff great and helpful.

Cons:

Room was ok but a little cold, the heating was not working or not on.
Otherwise quite good.

Lovely weekend in Liverpool
Pros:

The location as its central to most things shops, train station etc etc

Cons:

Not enough sockets in the hotel room. Would also be helpful if had access to a mini fridge in the room too

Pros:

Friendly helpful staff from Mel on reception Kath and the team at breakfast and Trish on housekeeping all made you welcome . Breakfast was fantastic especially if you get it in the room price and you cannot beat the hotels location if your traveling by train.

Pros:

Professionalism of the staff, all very good.

Cons:

If I am honest, the rooms are bland & lack character. It's like a corporate office than a hotel room & I found that with both rooms, which is a shame as the rest is excellent

I had a sofa in my room but the right hand was a straight drop.

Lage des Hotels top
Pros:

Lage des Hotel ist perfekt für alle Aktivitäten und liegt direkt ggü dem Bahnhof. Die Bar hat lange offen und das gesamte Personal ist sher freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preisleistung passt absolut. Zimmer waren zwar etwas kühl wurden aber bei Nachfrage angnehem beheizt. Frühstück, typisch Englisch aber ausfreichend und von sehr guter Qualität. Auch der Kaffe aus der Kanne hat geschmeckt. Das Hotel kann man jedenfalls weiterempfehlen und würden wir sicher wieder buchen.

Cons:

Gibt eigentlich nicht wirklich etwas Negatives zu erwähnen.
