Great location, outstanding breakfast and exceptional staff
Pros:

Great location opposite Lime Street station, close proximity to Liverpool One, bars and theatre. This the second time we have stayed at this hotel and the reception staff are exceptional, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also outstanding as is the service of the restaurant staff.

Perfect location - even better staff!
Pros:

We booked the Holiday Inn at the last minute after being let down by the booking we had made elsewhere for our stay in Liverpool. The staff across the few days we stayed could not have done enough for us and truly made our stay exceptional. The hotel is brilliantly located, is clean and has everything we needed.
