I would like to ask there's a charge of £319.20 on 20th July in addition to pre paid £1020, is there a mistake in the £319.20 charge, what is the additional £319.20 charge for?

The hotel was in a fantastic location, we were visiting for a shopping & theatre trip so it was ideal for our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The parking payment didn't work first time, we had to pay and reclaim from hotel Reception staff, but they were very helpful and co-operative.
