Mixed reviews about our stay
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful as I have some allergies the lady working in the restaurant breakfast area that has retired but does three days ,was so friendly and so kind,also has looked after us really well the last few visits . Location very good.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned from Friday to Monday as we checked out we had to ask both days for it to be cleaned we felt this was not acceptable, got an appoology ,we had never experienced this before ,it was only cleaned one day in our four day stay . We were extremely disappointed. We left a complaint at reception as we were leaving . We have stayed in this hotel several times over the last few years and we're very upset with this service.

Fantastic stay with amazing staff
Pros:

Staff were absolutely fantastic cannot fault the stay here at all and we will be going back. It's right opposite lime street station and within minutes walk of the centre, theatre and lots of main attractions.

Amazing views from where we were and lots of air co keeping it cool

Cons:

The room was a little sparse and could have had more seating but it was very clean and tidy.

There is no other words than 'excellent'
Pros:

Excellent location for the trainline - opposite station. Room was a great size and clean. Breakfast was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and booked us into our room, even though we were early.

Top of the line stay! excellent staff, bedding was great, A/C was top notch. very clean rooms.

We had the best time in Liverpool and it all started with our welcome at the Holiday Inn Express b y Niamh, Martin, Owen, and Catherine. Everytime we passed through the lobby they were willing to help and offered assistance. We got restaurant advice for our large group and they nailed it. This hotel has A/C! The rooms were really great and comfortable. Each night I slept all the way through, and it was quiet and had a view. Our large party felt similarly. Thank you everyone! We will be back.

Cons:

That we didnt stay long enough in Liverpool. The city was beautiful and 2 days was not long enough. Next time we will stay longer and plan accordingly to stay with you. Thank you very much for all you did for us.
