Realmente los apartamentoa son difícil es de localizar , la cocina le faltan utensilios , en la zona de jardin le falta una zona se mesas u silllas

No reception. Learn Spanish to deal with the key vendor. Also, no restaurant.
Pros:

Quite place, nice area. Comfortable bed. Sunny room with a view of a park. Room spacy enough. A bus station for the city center is very close to the hotel.

Cons:

There is no reception, and nothing was explained before booking. The key is dropped by a vendor. After I entered my ID card and my booking was found, it asked me to enter all my credentials again. But all instructions of the vendor and all instructions on the posters on the wall were only in Spanish. There was a telephone number that I guess was for help, but why should I be charged to make an extra call, were propably if somebody answered, he would not understand English? I managed to get my key just because I called someone who knows Spanish. Of course, there is no dinner or breakfast. The restaurant was permanently closed, and there was no information about this.

Pros:

La atención de la recepcionista. La pobre ya estaba fuera de horario, y aún así nos hizo el check in ya que la máquina para realizarlo no reconocía el código de la reserva.

Cons:

El hotel no esta bien comunicado. Y tampoco las instalaciones ni la limpieza eran las esperadas. No hay nadie en el hotel de referencia si hay algún problema. Un poco decepcionante la verdad .

Buena iluminación y espacio cómodo separando zona de cama con zona de comedor. Buena ubicación si tienes coche bien conectado con Moncloa.

Cons:

El váter se atascaba continuamente, y no hay allí personal ninguno para facilitar el trato, hay que llamar por teléfono aunque esta asistencia es rápida. La cama muy pequeña para dos personas e incómoda.
