Clean and quiet
Silly - but the toilets were small.
Easy access to the facility. On-site good restaurant. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
This is a pipe dream as the facility is only two stories but an elevator would help all of us with mobility issues.

We didn't care for the breakfast it was cold. In our hotel room, we found soya sauce packages, fortune cookies and sandwich bags in the drawers.
