The gentleman at reception had lovely personality bit of banter nice to see.

The executive room was a bit plain compared to the double rooms.

Pros:

The reception team was pleasant, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, late check in was available. The television, wifi and shower worked well. Tea and coffee were provided in the room. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the airport.

Cons:

We received unclear and inaccurate information about the use and cost of a phone charger. We would not have had to use the phone charger if the hotel provided adaptor plugs for its foreign visitors. Despite its proximity to the airport, the Maldron is in a very isolated location with no other shops or restaurants nearby. An in room minibar would have been welcome.

Ideal si tens un vola primera hora des de Belfast com era el nostre cas. Aquest tipus d'hotels sempre són més cars però l'habitació, el restaurant i el servei en general estava força bé.

Rooms very fine location great but staff let hotel down a bag full
Pros:

Handy for the airport

Cons:

Tbe check in /check out staff were abrupt
Checking into any other hotel ur normally told room say 18 go to elevator first floor not here I asked what room to be told it's on the card
Checking out we weren't asked did we enjoy our stay was everything ok just took the room key back no goodbye or thank you
Bar staff very flighty in-between serving us (3people in our group ) he would walk over to other customers and take their orders we waited at least 10 mins for 3 drinks

Cons:

La chambre 131 est une chambre qui sent mauvais,, nous avons aérer le plus possible mais malgré ça l'odeur était fort désagréable.
C'est un hôtel qui a vieilli, ne vaut pas 4 étoiles , pas plus de 3 étoiles.
Une climatisation d'un autre âge.
Bref cher pour les prestations.

Functional, clean hotel ideal for early flight.
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the airport and has secure parking. The staff were friendly and it is well organised and run.

Cons:

I was woken at 11.30 (before 6 am flight) by both a call and visit to my door to confirm that I was the person I had checked in as. I understand security is important but this seemed unnecessary. The hotel entrance is hard to find in the maze of one way roads around the airport.
