Night ported was so friendly on arrival

Breakfast terrible,cornflakes crushed like sawdust,at 9.15 .no cobb bread,no muffins no petite pan.no dessert spoons only soup spoons 4 staff in dining room only myself and husband in dining room and not one staff could wash a spoon .bacon like rubber.chef out getting himself a coffee when I asked him where milk was he just said he did not know.when I complained to supervisor she said they had just had Chinese group tour and they didn't mind what they used to eat with.And that she would pass complaint on to management.breakfast a shambles .we had Already paid 179 sterling for basic room and then another 14 sterling each for breakfast very disappointed.

Did what we wanted had us close to airport.

Cons:

The price, not a great menu, not a lot of choice, £35 for an 8oz steak,also we ordered Apple pie with cinnamon, it was missing we were disappointed.
Not 4 Star with that menu.
