Pros:

The location and the staff

Cons:

The bed for king was 2 double together instead of a real king bed and as a 4 star hotel they need to update and change their pillows and put more pillows on the bed

Bit disappointed for a Mecure
Pros:

Wonderful Stay.
Pros:

Our stay was wonderful, the rooms were comfortable, the staff were amazing and so friendly. We did have an issue with our friends room on the first day, however Brian from reception went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The hotel is located right on the beach abd there are 2 beautiful swimming pools with easy access.We will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

No complaints.

It served the purpose but did not compare to the eL that I stayed at earlier.
Pros:

The location was good, the communal areas were ok

Wel een leuke hotelkamer in een huis met 6 kamers
Bad kamer mag wel wat beter schoongemaakt worden wat aanslag wasbak en wc verder was het ok

Cons:

Not enough variety [change of menu] at breakfast.. Who serves pancakes, crepes without maple syrup? Kidney beans are not baked beans, not once in 13 breakfasts was fried tomato or pork bacon on the menu [pork bacon available on request - found that 'secret' three days before end of holiday

Our room. We booked a Superior and, on arrival, were told we had been upgraded to a DeLuxe Room. Hate to think what a Superior was like. Our television did not work and, despite visits by Engineers, never worked.

Cons:

A little far out from main town, but an easy flat rate 34000rp into busy part of Sanur. Hotel room was a little tired, bathroom area small but manageable with walk in shower. Found it ok for the price we paid. Pool towels thin and old. All minor things

Great hotel and good value for money.
Pros:

Hotel is right on the beach at the quieter end of Sanur so its nice and relaxing. There is always lots of lounge chairs available on the beach and can get drinks brought over as well. There are 2 pools which is good as not everyone is condensed to one area and again, lots of available lounges. Property is quiet big so rooms are very private. Rooms are large and comfortable. All toileteries provided included as well as bottle water everyday. A couple of pillows were very uncomfortable but asked for a new one which was provided straight away and it was great. All staff were super friendly and helpful and all requests were met promptly. We were able to get a late checkout as well which was super helpful.
Location is great and there as lots of eateries within walking distance. You can hire bikes from the hotel or outside to ride all the way up the beach to other areas. Getting to the main street for restaurants/shops ect is a bit of a walk but there are always cabs available outside the hotel if needed.
There is a resident cow on the property for some reason but it was great to see that it is cared for and has access to shade, water and food.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast is ok but not great. There are a few choices but only one toaster so have to line up and wait. Only a couple of coffee machines which also take a while. And the balinese music playing is quite loud for some reason.
