Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage, direkt am Meer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren groß und alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird.

Cons:

Das Einzige, was ich bemängeln würde, ist das Frühstück. Es war ausreichend vorhanden, jedoch jeden Morgen genau das gleiche. Ein wenig Abwechslung wäre schön gewesen.

Rooms and facilities are not great anymore, a lot of the stuff in rooms did not work properly and it appeared to have mould on the roof. I recommended friends stay and it was a little embarrassing as the previous time we stayed it was beautiful and this time everyone’s room had an issue

Have stayed many times at Mercure from an overnight stay to two weeks with an elderly parent. I stay at Mercure purely f
Pros:

Location of the Mercure is excellent, on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Staff are always very friendly.

Cons:

Many of the rooms are becoming very tired looking/rundown. Buffet breakfast very ordinary.

Clean, comfortable without Balinese charm
Pros:

Great location. Right along the beach path to all the great spots. The grounds are stunning and the staff are amazing. Moreno pretty much made sure everyone felt like they were a special guest. Hard to do with a large clientele. It's a huge property with 2 pools. One looked like it was adults only? Not sure, both of them well appointed and decorated nicely. We would definitely stay here again based solely on location.

Cons:

Okay... so, the food could use some love and attention. It's not bad, as much as it just needs some seasoning, and direction.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are dated and of your looking for Balinese charm, you're not going to find it in a standard room.

Good budget hotel with great location but needing renovations and repairs.

Luxury at great value

The location is excellent, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. The staff were warm, attentive, and always happy to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well presented. We especially loved spending time at the hotel's private beach, and the live entertainment each evening added to the relaxing holiday atmosphere. Overall, a memorable stay and great value for money.
