Super friendly staff and exceptionally clean room!! The beds were comfy and the shower pressure was perfect!!
Nothing to improve upon here! Keep up the good work!
Proximity to be from Room the staff in the breakfast room was exceptionally nice. The breakfast was very high-quality presented very nicely.
The elevators were extremely so there were two elevators and seemed to stop at every floor and nobody would get on it, which was very frustrating. Our room was oddly shaped. We were told we had a river view, but we had an angled view through a window that was partially obstructed by another wing the building. Claims to be pet friendly, although pets are not allowed in the breakfast area or on the rooftop. The receptionist when we checked in was extremely rude and she told me that there was a $75 nonrefundable pet fee for a 7 pound Yorkshire terrier. I advised her that we were not told that upon booking and she said oh well that is our policy no sympathy no understanding that was extremely frustrating. Additionally, there was a $50 per day parking fee, which included valet, but there was no other option to park so you had no choice but valet by the time you’re done with that and tipping it was very costly. I did contact Airbnb regarding the pet policy. Their listing said pet fees may apply never specified that they definitely apply more how much it was. All in all I would not stay here again. I had no choice initially as I knew nothing about places in Savannah now that I’ve been here and I see the other options locations and value for money. I would choose another place.
