Lage und einfache Parkmöglichkeiten. Ruhig gelegen und perfekt für das UK Freiburg.

Cons:

Hatte drei mal die Situation, dass ich etwas wollte (z.B. Sitzen in der Lobby) und danach am Desk gefragt habe. Eine junge Mitarbeiterin sagte immer, sie sei nicht zuständig. Andere Mitarbeiter bekamen das mit und erledigten den Wunsch. Diese besagte Mitarbeiterin ist nicht gut geeignet für ein Hotel.

Schönes sehr geräumiges, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, Kaffee- und Teezubehör, Klimaanlage, nah an der Uniklinik. Hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt; nicht das erste und nicht das letzte Mal.

Cons:

Ich hatte nichts zu beanstanden.

Komfort in Freiburg
Pros:

Alles: insbesondere das modere und sehr saubere Zimmer und das sehr gute Frühstück. Bequem ist auch die Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel, bis zur Altstadt sind es nur 25 min zu Fuß.

Ideale Unterkunft für Freiburg-Besuch
Pros:

übernachtet, weil wir eine Veranstaltung im Konzerthaus besucht haben. Das Hotel war dabei ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, weil es eine direkte Straßenbahnverbindung zum Veranstaltungsort gab. So waren wir schnell mitten in der Altstadt, konnten aber trotzdem in einer ruhigen Umgebung schlafen. Für uns hat alles gestimmt. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Besonders möchte ich hervorheben, dass ein von mir im Zimmer vergessener Gegenstand sehr schnell und unkompliziert zu mir nach Hause geschickt wurde. Das hat mich sehr gefreut. Wir werden beim nächsten Freiburgbesuch wieder im Hotel der Stadt Freiburg übernachten.
