Hotel met Wellness
Pros:

Grote kamer met mooie badkamer met voldoende warm water en goede producten. Wellness was voorzien van sauna, hammam en rustzone. Gemakkelijke betaalparking.

Cons:

Verduistering van de kamer lukte niet volledig. Opruimen van onze kamer na de eerste nacht lukte niet ondanks het signaal aan de deur. Je krijgt voor de wellness een mandje met alles wat je nodig hebt maar de uitleg is verwarrend

Modernes, schönes Hotel, nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstück, perfekte Tramanbindung zur Altstadt
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück, vor allem die frisch geschnittenen Erdbeeren, die frischen Heidelbeeren und etc. waren wirklich spitze. Sehr nettes Personal, eine sehr freundliche Dame hat mir auf Nachfrage gleich beim Einchecken die Bahnhaltestelle schräg gegenüber gezeigt und einen Fahrplan gegeben, mit dem man ca. alle 10 min mit der Tram direkt zum HbF und in die Altstadt kommt, auch die Fahrt dauert nicht lange, aus der Erinnerung geschätzt 10 min über HbF in die Altstadt. Auch das Fenster konnte man öffnen, alternativ hätte ich die Klimaanlage nutzen können.

Es war alles prima.

Pros:

Ansprechendes Restaurant. Der Ober im Restaurant war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte leider abends nur ab 22 Uhr. So war es im Zimmer in den Informationen auch hinterlegt.
Leider gab es vorab keine Infos dazu in den Buchungsbedingungen. . Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr unangenehm.

Der Kühlschrank der Minibar kühlte leider nicht richtig. An der Rezeption sagte man mir, das könne man leider nicht ändern.

Alles bestens
Pros:

Das Zimmer war relativ groß und gut eingerichtet, der Ausblick in Richtung Garten schön. Fenster konnte man sowohl mit dicken Vorhang als auch mit Jalousie schließen, Klimaanlage kühlte gut. Das Bad ist sauber gewesen und alles hat funktioniert wie es sollte. TV und W-Lan ebenfalls klaglos. Freundliche Bedienung an der Rezeption. Praktische "nicht stören" und "bitte aufräumen" Knöpfe bei der Türe. Die Lage ist ebenfalls recht gut, mit der Straßenbahn kommt man gut zu Bahnhof und Stadt. Direkt nebenan ist ein guter Bäcker, Supermarkt und eine Reihe an Döner-Lokalen.

Sehr lärmig, da direkt an einer Hauptstrasse gelegen. Harte Betten und sehr unbequeme Kopfkissen. Wenig bis gar keinen Charme.
