Worst Hotel Ever
Pros:

Arrived early. Bought the most expensive room. Room not ready until after 5 pm. Lounge service dismal. Go to Bonvoy. Nothing special about this place. No matter how much you spend with them or your status.

Fantastic Location
Pros:

You can't beat the location of this hotel! Right next to a Tube stop, it made it so easy to get to and from the hotel each day. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected at a downtown London hotel. Very clean though with helpful staff and wonderful extensive breakfast in the morning. Great base for exploring London!

Another great stay at Hilton Hyde Park
Pros:

We had another great stay at Hilton Hyde Park. Mohammad and the team looked after us so well and made a special effort for my wife’s birthday stay, which was much appreciated. I found the location of this hotel to be really great, the Aubaine restaurant that forms part of the hotel is high quality but more than anything, the staff were, as ever, excellent and the personal touches from Mohammad went above and beyond - thank you.

Excellent reception and front desk.
Pros:

I took an extra few minutes out of my very busy schedule to write this review to thank Mohammad. Luggage leave, Mohammad took care of it. Adjusting the discrepancy between the category I originally booked and the room I stayed in, Mohammad took care of it. Extending my stay, requesting housekeeping, extra waters for the room, early check-in, late checkout, printing a document, delivering my luggage to my room, booking a taxi—Mohammad took care of it. Everything I needed during my recent stays at this location was accommodated and anticipated by the front desk, and they all really deserve both praise and a raise. It's a busy area, a busy hotel that is often fully-booked, and a historic building with the quirks that come with such a building, and I can't thank Mohammad and the rest of the front desk workers enough for their kindness, professionalism, efficiency, and making me feel welcome. I hope to see them on my next stay in London.

Sentralt beliggende hotell med gode soverom. Kostbart, grei frokost.
Pros:

Beliggenheten er helt fantastisk. Rommet hadde meget bra og rolig aircondition.

Cons:

Det var meget kostbart å bo der. ca. 450 pund per døgn for et dobbeltrom (en voksen + et barn) er mye penger for en nordmann. Frokosten var middelmådig.

Not worth more than £200 a night. Way over priced and rooms are small and tired.
Cons:

Room was small and pokey, photos make it look bigger. Bathroom was tiny. Not worth the money at all. I’d value this at £180-200 approximately. I was spoken over when checking out when asked about my stay.
