Pros:

The staff are incredibly talented and helpful. Everything was nice except the I found some dirty stuff under the bed sorry I have to say it ( it was condoms ) and also there was used razor 🪒 in the bathroom. The breakfast need to have more options because £25 per person is a lot for this.

I recommend 👌
Pros:

Perfect location in front of Hyde Park and you have two tube station next to the hotel Queensway and Bayswater also plenty of coffee shops restaurants and supermarkets around

Cons:

Soundproof is really bad you can everything next door when they talk also I would recommend more variety in the breakfast.

Check-In procedure, my wife was refused access to the room as she arrived earlier than me as she was not named on the booking? This we were told was company policy I have never come across this over the many years of travelling for work?
I was contacted at work whilst in an important meeting as she was so upset. I confirmed this verbally and by email but she was still refused access due to not having the card to make payment she was not told she could use another card as security? The service was disgraceful.

One of the Biggest mistake of my life

Everything except the location , room was too small , staff was rude , they over charge me on everything from booking till order and when you ask them only answer was sorry it my staff's mistake

Short break in London
Pros:

Friendly staff.
Spacious room .
Hotel has Great location near underground station.

Cons:

The room was in lower ground floor . It was like being located in the basement, where you Can't see outside . The Internet suffered because of that. Too many steps ( not good if you have knee problems)
