Location

Cons:

Although I rented a large room, a small room was given

Even though I said my son was allergic, there were uncomfortable and old pillows

Sentralt beliggende hotell med gode soverom. Kostbart, grei frokost.
Pros:

Beliggenheten er helt fantastisk. Rommet hadde meget bra og rolig aircondition.

Cons:

Det var meget kostbart å bo der. ca. 450 pund per døgn for et dobbeltrom (en voksen + et barn) er mye penger for en nordmann. Frokosten var middelmådig.

Not worth more than £200 a night. Way over priced and rooms are small and tired.
Cons:

Room was small and pokey, photos make it look bigger. Bathroom was tiny. Not worth the money at all. I’d value this at £180-200 approximately. I was spoken over when checking out when asked about my stay.

Pros:

The location for the event we went to wasn't too bad only 1.7 miles away

Cons:

They charged me for the room 900.01 then advised The room wasn't available so downgraded my room but still charged me 780 the normal room. Price for the downgraded room jo discount offered i asked for a manager to assistbut none available so I asked for them to contact me. Not one person contactable myself at all I had no complain at checkout with little help. Bed was smaller than I booked room smaller the fridge didn't work so diabetic medicine wasn't kept room I told reception but they said they could replace the fridge or help with it but would report it. Constant smoke alarm light on every 40 seconds ds again no help when reported so very very bad service bed was very noisy as well line being on a ship wreck making all sort of noises room 212 not a happy stay at all at the hotel rooms diving manager was Giuseppe Flaminio would not correspond with myself after many attempts was told he was busy by staff.

A GREAT place to stay in London.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, with friendly staff. Literally next door to Queensway Metro and across the road to a main entrance to Regents Park. Also a great local breakfast, lunch and dinner cafe on your left hand side next to the hotel.
We had a room overlooking the park and we could open our windows, which is a bonus in any hotel.
The hotel is in a very nice neighbourhood and is on Bayswater Rd. Step out of the hotel onto Bayswater, turn left and keep walking. Bayswater Rd becomes Oxford Street and New Bond Street with all the high fashion shops is a right hand turn off Oxford.
Step out of the hotel, turn left and take your first left and you have restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, so VERY convenient.
