Not recommended. You can find much better places for the same price, and they won’t give you the room shown on Booking.c

The hotel lacks proper maintenance, and our room was different from the photos shown in our booking. There are a few points you should consider:

1. Our room’s bathroom doesn’t have a shower head, so if you want to take a shower you need to hold the handheld shower above your head.
2. The room overall wasn’t clean – the walls, floor, and carpet – and you may see mold in the bathroom. The bed, sink, and toilet were clean, though.
3. The toilet seat in our room was broken.

La ubicación!! Al lado de las tiendas más reconocidas del mundo (e impagables) y muy cerca plaza san marco.
También me gustó que tiene montacargas para llevar las maletas (poco usual en Venecia)

La alfombra totalmente manchada en el dormitorio y pasillos. Necesita una alfombra urgente

Séjour mémorable dans une très jolie chambre
Pros:

Le personnel très sympathique, la chambre bien décorée, le petit déjeuner, l’emplacement incroyable

Cons:

La douche difficile à utiliser sans inonder toute la salle de bain, l’isolation phonique qui pourrait être mieux

Hôtel agréable et bien situé
Pros:

L’emplacement est excellent, à deux pas de la place Saint-Marc, idéal pour visiter Venise à pied.
La literie était très confortable et le petit déjeuner de bonne qualité, avec des produits frais et des œufs préparés à la demande.
L’hôtel offre également un bon rapport qualité/prix pour Venise (payé environ 170 euros la nuit).

Cons:

La chambre était assez étroite, ce qui peut être un peu contraignant pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits.

The room was big and great, AC worked without a problem, staff was very friendly ald helpful, hotel is located central.

Cons:

The pictures on the booking site show also an inner courtyard, which it does definitely not exist - its the inner courtyard of the next hotel, that was quite disappointing, because there was no place to rest except of the room.
In the shower was black mold on the ceiling...

Mi e piaciuto tanto la posizione e soprattutto la colazione TOP

Cons:

La camera era piccolina, il letto pure e addossato al muro. La moquette, ma per un'opinione mia, non era il massimo. Ma quello che non mi è piaciuto è il dispenser per la carta igienica in bagno, come quello dei locali pubblici con i foglietti singoli da estrarre.
