Hoteleigener Parkplatz sollte an den Wochenenden unbedingt vorreserviert werden
Pros:

Strandlage, Öffentl. Verkehrsmittel und Restaurants vor der Tür ( ist aber laut ), stylisches Hotel

Cons:

Kein Schrank im Zimmer, kein abgeschlossener Toilettenbereich ( halb offene Schwingtüren ), Gebäudesubstanz ist in die Jahre gekommen, nicht durchdachter und zu enger Frühstücksbereich

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Es ist sehr modern und die Zimmer sauber und gemütlich.

Cons:

Es gab keine richtige Badezimmertür. Der Service an der Hotelbar ist eher langsam, der Wellnessbereich klein und versteckt.

Lage mit Verbesserungspotential
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet! Direkt am Strand.
Die Nähe zur Parkgarage ebenfalls, weil wir keinen Parkplatz beim Hotel erhalten haben.
Das Zimner hatte eine super Aussicht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war wohl von einem Mann entworfen:. Es fehlte der Schminkspiegel, es hatte nich viel Ablagefläche im Bad. Das Licht war recht schummerig.
Weil die Dusche ein wenig offen war, bestand gefahr, das WC nass zu spritzen.
Das Personal wusste nicht Bescheid, ob die Museen vor Ort am Pfingsten geöffnet hatten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr eng.
Der Tisch wurde so geputzt, dass die Krümmel am Boden geworfen wurden.
Für mich qualitativ keine vier Sterne.
Das Wlan war langsam, instabil und nicht gesichert., De Lage ist aber einmalig!

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Parkplatz in der nahegelegene Tiefgarage mit Lademöglichkeit für mein E-Auto gebucht. Leider konnte ich mit meiner Ladekarte dort nicht laden.
Auf die Bitte mein Auto auf dem Parkplatz des Hotels über Nacht bzw. für 4h zu laden, verlangte ein Hotelmanager 3,50€/h.
Hat das Hotel es so notwendig einem Gast, der 1 Woche gebucht hat ca. 20€ für diese Hilfeleistung zu verlangen.
Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht anderst aus!
