Everything. The Hotel is on of the most amazing places I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay at. It’s absolutley stunning! The staff is so kind and helpful and attend to your every wish. The food, pool and stay overall was excellent! We had a fantastic, spacious and very clean room.

When the hotel is the ‘destination’! The views of the pyramids from the hotel are better than seeing the pyramids up close! The beds are extremely comfortable, had the best sleep

The hotel is simply spectacular. The facilities are beautiful, and we especially loved the gardens and our room. We had booked a room with a view of the Pyramids, and it was an unforgettable experience to walk into the room and see such an incredible monument right outside our window. Waking up to that view every morning was truly special. The breakfasts were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options, all served with breathtaking views of the Pyramids. The pool was very relaxing, and every member of the staff was exceptional. From the security staff and bell attendants to the reception team, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and was always happy to help with questions and tour arrangements. A special thank you to Ibrahim for his kindness and professionalism. The pool staff were constantly making sure guests were comfortable by adjusting the umbrellas throughout the day, and the restaurant staff were always attentive. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay.
The only minor issue was the housekeeping service. Before leaving for breakfast and our tour of the Pyramids, we placed the "Please clean the room" sign on the door. When we returned, the room had still not been cleaned, even though we wanted to rest for a while. We then went to the pool, and when we came back later, the room was still not ready. At that point, we had to call reception because we needed to get ready to go out. We understand that this is a large resort, but we believe housekeeping could be a bit more timely.
The staff and food was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone

Nous étions au Mena House à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de ma fille pour ses 6 ans. L’équipe du Mena House lui a réservé et préparé la chambre avec gâteau d’anniversaire fleurs et déco. Elle était bluffée et très heureuse alors nous l’étions tous
Leurs grande piscine est top
Tout est beau et très bien entretenu
Le personnel en général est top
Dès notre arrivée à moi et mes 2 filles l’homme a jaugé s’il pouvait se faire un bon pourboire avec nous avant de nous proposer si l’on voulait de l’aide pour nos bagages. Et ça, ça ne passe pas. J’aurais aimé que peu importe qui sort d’une voiture qui se présente - il accueille et aide sans rien attendre. ( d’ailleurs on a refusé son aide et poussé nous mêmes nos bagages)
Aussi en parlant de cette merveilleuse piscine je pense que retarder l’heure de fermeture à 21:00 voire 22:00 serait idéal.
