Un peu vieillot
La vue sur les pyramides est exceptionnelle, et prendre le petit déjeuner dans ce cadre est une expérience vraiment magnifique.
Le service de conciergerie a également été parfait. J’avais oublié mes lentilles de contact à la maison : j’ai donné ma dioptrie à la conciergerie et, quatre heures plus tard, les lentilles étaient livrées directement à l’hôtel. Service rapide, efficace et avec le sourire. La dame de la conciergerie a "sauvé" mon séjour en Egypte !
Les chambres sont petites, les salles de bain minuscules et l’ensemble assez daté pour un cinq étoiles. Le rapport qualité-prix me paraît excessif. Le room service m’a également déçu : deux commandes, 40 à 45 minutes d’attente et des plats très moyens, notamment un chicken biryani franchement peu réussi. Je déconseille aussi les chambres donnant sur la piscine, très exposées au bruit de la route.
Beautiful location … beautiful staff !! Personally I couldn’t fault anything. The restaurant and room staff , are absolutely gorgeous and deserve high praise. Nothing is to much for any of them. I loved our quick daily little chats daily and their welcome smiles . Highly recommend your premises to family and friends . Room view - amazing !!

Amazing views of the pyramids! Very clean with friendly and helpful staff. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable.
We thought we would be staying at the original Mena House, but it is closed for renovations.
