Pros:

Consigliatissimo. Struttura curata e servizi ottimi a un prezzo davvero onesto. La SPA e il centro estetico sono ben gestiti e accoglienti, la palestra è molto fornita e le grandi piscine interne permettono sia di nuotare che rilassarsi nell'acqua termale e idromassaggio. Colazione varia e camere pulite. Abbiamo anche mangiato nel ristorante dell'hotel: cucina eccellente e personale molto cordiale. Posizione comoda per raggiungere sia Verona sia il Lago di Garda. Ci torneremo.

Struttura bella e in ottima posizione, parcheggio comodissimo anche se non direttamente collegato con le camere. Temperatura piscina piacevole, da tener conto però che la struttura ospita anche corsi esterni. Va considerato di relax in base agli orari dei corsi. Gli orari della piscina non sono comodissimi, ma perché hai una costante presenza del bagnino, e quindi la mattina presto non si può andare. L’esperienza con alcune persone è stata ottimale, in particolare Jessica che ha la sala colazione. ha avuto un comportamento molto empatico nei confronti della mia piccola. (Era stata comunque molto professionale anche tutto il resto, ma questo era. oltre l’aspetto professionale). Avevamo avuto qualche difficoltà con la prenotazione e non ci siamo capiti, però la struttura è venuto incontro a quello che noi avevamo compreso.

Excelente localização aliada a muito conforto e praticidade
Pros:

Excelente localização, excelente café da manhã, equipe muito atenciosa. Piscina interna e externa com tudo funcionando.Possui um excelente restaurante , bar na piscina e no lobby. Estacionamento amplo e sem restrições de vaga para os hospedes.

Cons:

O unico ponto negativo fica por conta do wi-fi que funciona bem no lobby mas nao funciona muito bem dentro dos quartos. Esse item realmente precisa de atenção por parte do hotel. Mas essa foi a unica parte que necessita de melhoria.

I loved it and will be going back
Pros:

It was a beautiful resort and everytime you turned a corner you would find a new beatiful area with unique decor. The Pools were clean and inviting. We had food by the outdoor pool and the service was very good. We had a wine tasting and the person presenting did a fantastic job. The wine was delicious also
