Pros:

All the staff were so nice and friendly. The receptionist was so helpful with an incident which occurred on my arrival at the airport (nothing to do with hotel) they went beyond there job to help me. The location is very central and close to everything. All the shops, restaurants, tourist attractions are within walking distance and there is a Carrefour supermarket right at the end of the street for all your essentials like water etc. Room cleaned daily and supplied with essentials like towels daily. The place itself is so calm and relaxing, there is a place to just sit and relax right outside your door of the hotel. The breakfast was ok, I think there could have been more options but it done the job. I would 100% recommend this place if you go to Bruges, you will not be disappointed. I would definitely go back and stay again.
