Väldigt trevligt hotell

Väldigt mysig lobby, bra frukost.
Vi förlängde utcheckningen med 1timme, det var inga problem (fick betala 100 kr). Kommer absolut boka här igen.

VERY UNFRIENDLY, RUDE AND UNPOLITE STAFF

Very very small and noisy room, much different from the one shown in the picture during the booking process.

Moreover, to make things worse, a very bad episode happened.

On Thursday May, 14th 2026, the day before the checkout (which would have occurred on the early morning of Friday, May 15th 2026 as I had a flight to catch), I asked the reception about the opening time of the breakfast and they told me 6:30 am.

But, when I came to the buffet on Friday morning, I discovered, with great surprise, that the opening time of the breakfast has been postponed at 7 am without any warning.

To my requests, staff (especially one male receptionist and the lady in charge of the breakfaat buffet who were working on Friday, 15th 2026 in the morning) were very unfriendly, rude and unpolite, not the kind of behavior one expects from people working in the hospitality sector.

Good, overal location regardless of what business you have in Stockholm
Pros:

The location is good, you can find restaurants all over in the neighbourhood. There is a Metro under the hotel that makes all transport in Stockholm rater easy. Staff is pro and helpful.

Cons:

The facilities are getting rather "used", 1 out of 3 lifts didn´t work and the stair is rather steep. Rooms, at least on the third flor do need some maintenance attention but they are clean and the beds are comfortable.

Okay stay but nothing special.
Pros:

The hotel was fine. Breakfast was okay. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Central Station so that's fine. The 'superior double' room itself was cramped for 2 people with luggage but probably no worse than any other double room in Stockholm. The hotel is a relatively short walk to the water and there are a couple of grocery stores nearby.

Cons:

The bathroom sink in the room we were initially assigned had a huge crack in it (see photo) which I find it difficult to believe anyone could have overlooked. When my wife and I informed the front desk we were told that this was the first they had heard of it. Either the cleaning staff doesn't report such things or what we were told wasn't true. We were quickly given another room but having to switch rooms was aggravation we didn't expect or appreciate.

Nice hotel, central on Kungsholmen.
Pros:

The location is good, the room is comfortable and the breakfast buffet good.
Supermarket just across the street has anything you’d need, and plenty of restaurants in the area. Next to subway stop.

Cons:

It was quite busy during our stay, which means that breakfast can be quite busy.

Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Schoonmaak was uitmuntend.

Cons:

Erg druk bij ontbijt. In het weekend bijna geen plaats kunnen vinden. Wel voldoende keuze en ook volop aangevuld.
