This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
Pros:

Very clean. Room was large and felt fairly spacious. Breakfast had lots of choices and it was hard to choose without choosing more than I could actually eat.

The room was very soundproof and quiet, so we weren't disturbed by other guests.

Cons:

The pool was too cold to be enjoyable. The strike plate on our door was missing, causing there to be a slight crack in it. There wasn't enough seating for breakfast, and one of the breakfast area tables was broken.

It was the worse experience we have ever had with a hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

We had reservations for 2 queen beds, when we checked in we were put on the first floor in a handicap room. I didn’t complain. When we walked in the room it was obvious the bed was broken. So I went to service desk and she said they had no more rooms but she’d call maintenance. Waited and went back with pictures of broken base with 2 by 4’s propping base up. So they knew this already. Still waiting on maintenance. Called back and told her we wanted a refund we could not sleep in this bed. Awww. Now there’s a room available on 4th floor. Good.
Around 12:30 am started hearing a drip so I got up and sure enough ceiling was leaking. Cracks were visible so an ongoing problem. Not new for sure. I just put a towel down and waited till morning for check out. Not happy. Do not recommend.

The location was good but the stay was miserable for us and our children!
Pros:

Location to tourist sites.

Cons:

We booked because it advertised a heated indoor pool so that our kids would have a pool to swim in during down time. Unfortunately the pool was not heated and felt like an ice bath. When we approached them about this, they just shrugged it off and didn’t do anything to make it right for us, I felt we got ripped off.

The smell of mold throughout the building was hard to get past. The room was okay, but nothing that would set it apart from other mid-range hotel experiences.

Pros:

The hotel is decent enough but could use a few improvements like new mattresss and carpet. I asked for a higher floor room and they gave me second floor with a blocked view by two huge columns by the front entrance. Out of 5 floors that was the best they could come up with. A little disappointing especially because I stayed 3 nights

Dan Stewart’s stay again.
Pros:

Excellent as usual. But no ice machine on the 5th floor and the mattress was hard. Not comfortable as they usually are here. Staff was wonderful as always.
