We are replacing/renovating one of our Elevators beginning July 7th 2025. It will take approximately 3-4 weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience as we make this improvement. Property was very clean, room was nice and cozy. The sink in the room was nice to have in the kitchen. Location was perfect, walking distance to Chase Field. Shuttle service to Chase Field and back or anywhere within a 2 mile radius was nice to rely on if needed. Breakfast was good, although I’m not sure if they were expecting a full house but breakfast ran out on Saturday and the lady in charge seemed a bit overwhelmed and just throwing the cereals to fill them up. Rushed us at the waffle station so she can start cleaning up as there was a long line since everything else finished. The apple and orange juice finished and was not refilled. That was probably the only thing I wasn’t happy about but overall our stay was nice and relaxing.
Breakfast running out, apple and orange juice not being refilled, being rushed at the waffle station making it uncomfortable to stand in line and wait then eat it after.

Bed was comfortable. Pillows were much better than usual hotel pillows. Bed linens were nice.
Breakfast choices were varied.
Paper cups for hot beverages didn’t tolerate heating in microwave.
Only two sad little tea bags.
Outlets should probably be replaced as they wouldn’t reliably hold charging adapter.

Location to Chase Field is great, easy to get to downtown PHX places. The room was a nice size, plenty of space to move about. Pool area was nice as well. Staff was friendly
The AC unit in the room was very noisy at times. There were 2 shampoo bottles and 1 conditioner, but no body wash in the shower The only soap in the room was the small bar at the sink.
Very clean, beds and pillows were so comfy, staff were lovely, pool was a great addition and a laundry facility for guests was perfect. $3.50 per load and same for drying, washing took 30mins dryer took 75 mins. Breakfast was basic but enough choice

Staff was great and always made time for any needs or concerns!
Even with a large group staying at the facility, there was always food during breakfast and the hotels clean!
I think maybe in the near future that some upgrades could take place!

I like that the facility offered breakfast and the room was very clean. I did find that some of the staff felt overworked. They were helpful with the exception of the lady that went to the pool.
I did not like that the pool was dirty, and as we were starting our day in the pool we were asked to have appropriate swimwear which my children did, also was asked what room number I was in at that moment I felt targeted that I was the only one being asked when there was multiple families in the pool. I asked the staff if she was going to ask everyone or just me and then she assumed that all 10 kids in the pool at that moment were mine when I only had four. She then proceeded to say oh they're not yours. That right there left me not wanting to go back. When I asked the staff for her name she refused to give it to me because she realized she had made a mistake.
