Pros:

18 minutes walk to downtown in the heat. Room sufficient. Gym. Stored my bag

Cons:

I found the staff only okay, not helpful, Mexican staff, hard to understand NZ English. Lest pleasant so far on my trip. Shuttle runs to their schedule, found myself walking alot of the time, yes in the heat in Phoenix. Only breakfast, however it was good. No other restaurant. No early check in.

Cons:

If you plan to stay at the hotel for just one night and you want to check out before 12:00 PM, be prepared to pay for two nights, because the hotel charges the equivalent of an extra night for an early checkout. It’s really not right...

It was a Comfortable and quiet stay.
Pros:

There was a lot of parking. It is close to downtown, Phoenix. The room was more spacious than expected. The use of computer and printer downstairs. There was a laundry room if needed. Breakfast was included.

Cons:

I had mainly a positive experience.

Stay was relaxing and pool was nicely sunny/shade throughout the day.
Pros:

The security doors made it safely comfortable.

Affordable, clean and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The room was very spacious. We were a family of 6 and the pull out sofa was very comfortable for my kids. The staff was helpful. We had two vehicles so we needed two parking passes; staff were very accommodating of this. There was complimentary water in the lobby, which my older kids were happy about.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
