Clean and good rooms
Breakfast closes too early
De locatie was voor mijn reis wel geschikt omdat ik diverse afspraken had in het westen en noorden van Houston. De prijs beviel met het meest; dat was uiteindelijk de reden om voor dit hotel te kiezen. Ook wel prettig dat er op loopafstand redelijk wat winkels en restaurants zijn.
Breakfast vond ik erg slecht; al om 9u werd alles weggehaald. Meestal was ik er om 8.30u en dan waren al heel veel bakken leeg; werd nauwelijks aangevuld. Ook vond ik de kwaliteit van breakfast slecht. Vooral wat fastfood. Geen aantrekkelijke presentatie van breakfast.
Zwembad was erg klein; eigenlijk niet meer dan een verkoelingsbadje; lag aan straatkant. Niet echt een plek om te gaan zitten. Er is ook geen plek waar je even lekker buiten kunt zitten.
Het hotel is behoorlijk gedateerd.

I booked my room through a 3rd party, later I received a call from the hotel manager, informing me that my room was already booked and there was no availability. I'm trying to get a refund as I'm writing this. Very bad service!
I did not like anything about the property. My room wasn’t cleaned, I tried to request towels and to no avail
The waffles did not cook thoroughly and the coffee was cold for breakfast. Everytime I asked the front desk for a request they did not want to provide customer service

I stayed for the whole week and no housekeeping cleaned my room. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. I had to set the trash in the hallway for housekeeping to pick it up. SAFETY: I told the staff that the exterior door close to my room was propped open and the next morning it was still propped open.
I did not have breakfast. It ended at 9:00am

Customer service in the continental breakfast everything was great I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to take any pictures but it was a wonderful stay. I live in Houston I just wanted to get away from my house and me and my husband picked this place and it was very nice quiet beautiful and peaceful

The place was NOTHING like the photos at all. It was dirty and the room had a Persistent odor! The toilet rarely flushed without any extra water being added to it.
Everything! The staff was nice, I’ll say that. But the fact this place was not like the photos and was really not clean, upset me

When our booking was cancelled at another hotel, the staff here was very helpful and nice with us. Really good job receiving us!
Maybe the noise from other hotel guests, but that its something very hard to control and, I guess, not every day it happens.
