A 4 star hotel service, not real 5*
Pros:

While the main building is an absolutely beautiful palace, the service level didn't always live up to a true 5-star standard — the lobby staff weren't always very polite, and there was a general lack of attention to detail. The pool area was the exception, with excellent service there. The lobby and reception desk, however, could be a bit brusque, the rooms were never cleaned properly, and something always seemed to be missing. Overall, it felt more like 4-star rooms attached to a genuine palace.

Pros:

Palácio lindo e bem conservado. Pequeno-almoço incrível.

Cons:

Casas de banho a precisar de reforma. Secador do cabelo mau (apesar de que vieram trazer outro após pedir). Barulho do ar condicionado. Preços da comida do bar exterior.

Uma excelente estadia em um hotel do seculo xvIII, com um otimo atendimento de toda a equipe. Esse merece 6 estrelas.
Pros:

Fomos tratados como reis, excelente equipe de atendimento desde os camareiros, a recepção.
Horel espetacular , nos leva a hostoria do seculo 17 - 18
