Decepcionado con el hotel. Niza maravillosa.

Había cafe y agua a todas horas.

Cons:

La habitación pésima, antigua, sucia, picaduras de bichos. Un 2 estrellas como mucho.

Nulla. Le fotografie pubblicate sulle piattaforme di prenotazione e sul sito dell’hotel non corrispondono alle reali condizioni della struttura, che appare molto più datata, trascurata e decadente di quanto rappresentato

Cons:

Esperienza assolutamente deludente e ben lontana dagli standard di un hotel 4 stelle.

Le condizioni generali di pulizia, ordine e manutenzione sono state davvero inaccettabili. La colazione viene servita nella reception, con alimenti esposti in modo trascurato e senza alcuna cura né attenzione alla presentazione.

Le camere sono fatiscenti, estremamente piccole e prive persino dello spazio necessario per aprire comodamente i bagagli. Nella camera 201, assegnatami inizialmente, la porta aperta ostacolava addirittura il passaggio verso le camere adiacenti: una soluzione assurda e poco funzionale.

La struttura si definisce “eco-friendly”, ma l’impressione è l’opposto: plastica ovunque, piante artificiali alle finestre e negli spazi interni, peraltro ricoperte di polvere e ragnatele.

Non ho trovato alcun elemento che giustifichi la categoria dichiarata né il prezzo richiesto. Una struttura da rivedere profondamente sotto ogni aspetto.

Location was very central, gifts for us was a kind thought, room were clean and quiet, staff was very helpful. You can borrow parasol and towels.
