Pros:

Sehr stylisch eingerichtes Zimmer. Schöne Lage am Kanal Saint Martin im lebendeinge 10. Arrondissement. Metro- und Busstationen und Bahnhof sind gut erreichbar. Das minimale Frühstück für nur €10 wird einen aufs Zimmer gebracht.

Cons:

Keine Kofferablage. Wie so oft in Hotelzimmern, hat man vergassen, Platz für Koffer bereitzustellen.

Pros:

L'accueil de l'équipe très souriante, très avenante.
Les lits étaient très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner était généreux.
L'hotel est proche de la gare à pieds et proche de la vieille ville.

Terrible attitude of the managing staff

The location is great - near the centre and the main train station and tram station.

Cons:

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel.
When I looked around my room, it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned. The filter in the shower drain was full of hair, and I noticed brownish, dried-up spots on the wall, floor, and table. The floor was also covered in hair.
I notified the staff, and because it was already late, I was told that they would take care of it in the morning. However, when I returned the following day, it appeared that housekeeping had been in the room, yet the brown spots were still there and had not been cleaned (except on the wall).
Additionally, I found a DUREX TUBE OF LUBRICANT on my table, right next to the water heater. I spoke to the manager again, who said that he inspected the room himself and considered it clean. He claimed the spots were part of the flooring. He also said that he had not seen any lubricant on the table when he left the room, implying that I had made the whole thing up.
The entire experience was bizarre, and most disappointing of all was the attitude of the person in charge. Instead of acknowledging the clearly unacceptable condition of the room and addressing my concerns professionally, he argued with me and basically accused me of making things up.
I have stayed at this hotel last year and had a completely different experience. It isn't a luxurious hotel, but the room was clean and everything was fine. I understand that things can occasionally be overlooked, but the way this situation was handled, particularly the attitude of the manager, was completely unacceptable.
Based on this I really wouldn't recommend this place.

Muito bem localizado, perto da estação de trem e da rua principal.
Tem bebidas como água com gás, café, chás e etc de graça e disponível na recepção

Não tem ar condicionado e eu fui no calor, muito, mas muito quente lá dentro do quarto
