stanza piccolissima ma pulita, posizione ottima e personale gentile
Pros:

personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, posizione ottima, prodotti da bagno in abbondanza e di buona qualità, letto comodo di una piazza e mezza, lenzuola pulite, stanza silenziosa.

Cons:

la stanza era piccolissima, era prevista persino una scrivania microscopica cui era impossibile accedere perchè bloccata tra bordo del letto e finestra. La porta si apriva e urtava a fine corsa contro lo sgabello porta-valigia.

אם לא היתה בעיית מזגן, הציון היה טוב יותר. תמורה טובה למחיר.
Pros:

הצוות מאוד שירותי. המלון יחסית מרכזי, אפשר ללכת ברגל כחצי שעה עד למרכז.
5 דקות הליכה עד לתחנת מטרו שמוביל למרכז. יש מכולת ליד המלון והרבה מסעדות.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר היתה בינונית.
התקלקל המזגן בחדר ורק ביום השלישי העבירו אותנו לחדר אחר למרות התלונות.

The hotel had internet, and I wanted to watch a movie on Netflix that night. I managed to access the internet, but it was blocked. I asked the manager to unblock it, but he gave a lame excuse that there was no internet on the TV for my safety. I said I would cancel my account before leaving, but the manager wouldn't accept it.

It was a great way to begin our trip to Italy. The helpful friendly staff was a highlight.
Pros:

It was within close proximity to the train station. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast on the rooftop was in a beautiful space and the food was perfect to start the day. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t find anything I didn’t like.

Deve ter hoteis melhores neste preço em roma, mas a localização é perfeita

Estavamos em andar alto e quando começa o cafe da manhã o cehiro de bacon invadia o querto. as camas de casal são 02 solteiros com pilow e impossivel de dormir juntinho porque a cama abria. o cafe da manhã o suco não é natural e variedade de pães é bem reduzida, mas tem muitos doces. tivemos problemas com a reserva que os sitema acusou 02 dias antes e após passar o periodo todo da permanencia tendo que provar que o ssitema apontou errado foi alterado. saimos de uma tarifa alta para uma menor, porém, o valor nã reduziu e ainda nos cobraram mais 582,66Euros debitados direto no cartão cadstrado. Achei um absurdo. Além de que também tivemos com o cafe da manhã que estava incluido na diaria e tentaram cobrar novamente, somente no ultimo dia após passar longas horas monstrando a reserva que reconehceram que estava incluido. Pelo preco esperava um hotel melhor.

DAs camas de casal emendadas que abriam quando nos abraçavamos para dormir. Da cobrança indevida do cafe da manhá já inlcuso na diaria e somente no ultimo dia reconehceram. Da não devolução do valor excedente ao feriado por erro na reserva e mudando para após o feriado não foi readequado a tarifa. cobrança de 582,66 euros a mais lançados no meu cartão sem explicação.
