Hemos estado tres días. El hotel ubicación perfecta. Cerca de la estación de tren , metros etc etc.
El personal encantador, la limpieza estupenda. El desayuno muy bien.
Nos ha encantado todo. Si vuelvo a Roma me hospedaré en este mismo hotel.

Great Staff And Nice Location But Room Did Not Cool

The staff was very friendly and helpful in finding the Metro stations and places to eat. Location was in a nice part of the city.

Cons:

We had a problem with air conditioning in our room. Set the thermostat to 15°C but felt like 25°C. We mentioned this to the front desk, and maintenance went to look right away and installed a new filter, but it didn't seem to help much. We would have preferred to switch rooms as we mentioned this about 12 hours after arrival for a 3-day stay. Shower is very small.

Proximité des transports en commun

Cons:

Hôtel bruyant, les chambres donnent sur une avenue passante. Seules les chambres se finissant par 8,9 et 10 donnent sur une rue plus calme. Mobilier vétuste limite vieillot, salle d'eau propre mais douche étroite, ne convenant pas aux personnes corpulentes. Voyageant régulièrement je me demande comment cet hôtel peut recevoir la notation de "superbe petit déjeuner". Le petit déjeuner est varié, cependant le pain, les viennoiseries et les pâtisseries ne sont pas fraîches et semblent dater d'au moins la veille, nous avons pris trois petits déjeuners et le constat reste le même, à croire que ce sont les invendus d'une boulangerie proche, du surgelé aurait été meilleur !
Durant notre séjour nous avons également subi une infiltration d'eau dans la chambre au niveau de la fenêtre. Et dire que les chambres peuvent atteindre un prix maximum journalier de 1000€, on a cru à une blague sachant que dès la découverte de notre chambre, nous n'avions qu'une envie : changer d'hôtel !
