Room Cleaning will automatically be scheduled every other day starting on the 2nd day, anytime from 10AM to 8PM.

Awesome!
Pros:

Everything's fine. Good location and nearest to mall and groceries.

Not bad but they need to improve in maintenance
Pros:

Good location. Property was clean.

Cons:

I know this hotel 18 years ago. Back then it looked new and well maintained. Time passed and it is evident that it is poorly maintained. Bathroom looks old and other facilities in the room look worn out.

Parking is also not easy as the driveways are extremely narrow.

Pros:

worth the price! my second time booking this place

Cons:

the first time was amazing. but recently, we were placed in the 11th floor that has a messy corridor. the cable tv and internet were also not working… no compensations were offered

The room was not worth the money i paid for plus there was a 3000.00 pesos early check in fee.
Pros:

The room space was big.

Cons:

Old room, rusty faucets in all room areas, the paint, the entire room is kinda dark, dirty linens, towels, the beds are too low ( didn’t have bed frames ). Did not have the chance to take photos.
