Helpfulness and friendliness of staff. The hotel locaton and our room with the harbor view was excellent.
The lounge and bar chairs need a refresh (clean).

They provide a coffee machine and tea and coffee but only two pods of milk for a 1 night stay which I think is a bit stingy .
Very clise to down town
Ferries tooting all day till very late at night very loud pool was closed and pay per view movies gone
