The parking was not so good. You have to pay for parking which is kind of expensive I paid for parking til 8am and forgot to go back down and pay for more. I ended up getting a ticket..

Pros:

Spacious and clean room with a huge comfortable bed! All the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Yveline, who helped us plan many activities around Auckland and make sure we had an amazing time. The staff at the front were always so sweet and caring, and made sure that we our rooms were ready for us when we were checking in early after a long flight. 😊

Perfect location just note efficiency for staff doesn’t equal great customer experience.

Great location and views. I mentioned it was my best friends birthday at breakfast and staff brought out a cake which was lovely.

Cons:

For a 5 star hotel I thought the service could be better. My best friend and I were doing a staycation for her birthday. Her husband organised her booking including a bottle of wine. I thought the wine would be waiting in the room or delivered like every other 4 and 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at but instead she was handed it at check in desk. Made it feel like a supermarket rather than a 5 star hotel. Especially when she’s got a handbag and suitcase. At breakfast she was still eating her piece of toast but her plate was taken away. So she had to hold her toast and couldn’t put it down between bites. It was both annoying and ridiculous we just had to laugh - we were both too tired to be bothered to say anything.

Great Stay Will be back for sure
Pros:

Great place to stay. Awesome views from marina view room. Very relaxing downstairs bar and coffee. Ample seating to read and relax or do business.

Cons:

Slightly dated in room but not really an issue. Other than that cannot really complain for a 1 night stay.
