The worst experience ever
Pros:

They cancelled our reservation for a better deal and then didn't even have the decency to tell us ahead of time. We showed up at 11:30 p.m. after a long drive and were told that our reservation was cancelled even though we had received confirmation of the reservation the day before. The clerk had clearly been through this before multiple times because she told us that she expected us to "hit" her. She offered no assistance in obtaining another local room. We were essentially kicked out and had to find an alternative while sitting outside of an exceedingly noisy bar with teenagers playing football on the front lawn. Also it was infested with mosquitoes. Never, ever book with this hotel or with a third party to them. They don't care about their customers at all.

I won’t be returning.
Pros:

Proximity to the airport and my relatives’ home.

Cons:

The room cleaning policy is severely outdated. I stayed for five nights, at a cost of $1200+, and my room was cleaned once. The staff explained that this was due to their Covid policy. It’s obvious that Covid is just an excuse to cut back on cleaning and cleaning staff. While I can understand not changing sheets for longer-staying guests, there’s still the issue of overflowing garbage and soiled towels. A good rule of thumb is that a hotel should be at least as comfortable as your home. This was not the case with this facility.

Pros:

I booked this room to attend my child's graduation ceremony. Hotels near Cornell University are almost always fully booked at this time, and prices are more than three times the usual rate.

Reasonable stay, good value for money.
Pros:

Decent hotel, close to the airport so location could be better, but this is know when you book it.
big room, nice staff.

Cons:

No breakfast included, and the small coffee place they have does not have any gluten-free options, which is odd in 2026.

Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was horrible. They allowed other guest to stay up partying until 1230am. They only stopped after 4 request and a threat to call the police. The hot tub was not working. The cafe was out of many breakfast foods way before breakfast was over. There was no coffee to be had as a courtesy like every other hotel that we stayed in. Do not stay here if other options are available.

Even though our stay was very short, I will say that the front desk staff was extremely welcoming, and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent throughout our stay. We will stay here again, as our daughter attends college near by.

Cons:

But, our stay did not feel very welcoming also due to 2 events. We checked in around 11 PM, and checkout was at 11 AM the next morning. Around 10:50 AM, while we were still getting ready to leave the room, housekeeping knocked twice really quickly and immediately swiped into the room without waiting for a response. Thankfully no one was undressed at the moment, but it still felt very invasive and unprofessional. Another issue was at the Starbucks area downstairs. After I placed my coffee order, the employee informed me that mine would be the last order she was taking for the day, around 9:30AM, the whole interaction was very cold and unwelcoming and she was not happy to serve me all at. Overall, the atmosphere and customer service felt off, and the experience did not leave a good impression.

My stay was absolutely positively just so freaking AMAZING!
Pros:

The pool was so amazing and so perfect, It was dee and it was the perfect temperature, the staff was absolutely amazing especially Michelle at the front desk, everyone was very accommodating and patient, and overall just friendly. I definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

Cons:

The hot tub was sadly closed off, but I understand that is out of their control.
