Light was very good in the room.
Late checkin due to room was dirty and receptionist was not helpful. Another colleague jumped in to help us. Waited for one hour to get the keys. The reason was given room was dirty. How's that possible? if checkout is at 11 am and receiving keys around 4 pm ??? After that TV was not working, Safe was broken and during breakfast Vegetarian and non- vegetarian food was next to each other and people are using same spoons to take the foods :(

Firstly i have to mention the staff, all of them very kind and try their best to help. 5* for the staff.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
I managed to have late check out, thanks to reception.

The breakfast was awful, not expected that from Holiday Inn, it was at the level of a guest house not a 4* Hotel.
Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful.
Location is perfect! Very close to the sea, but on a very steep hill.
We really enjoyed hotel breakfast.
In the restaurant, waiting times for the food was very long! Even if the menu is called 'all day food' not all the options are available at all times.

Poo smell coming from the room and looked dated , limescale on the shower bathroom, absolutely disgusting the sinks and sink tops, the hotel is pet friendly and as soon as you step out your room always see drinks and for the pets how disgusting
We have been to a lot of different hotels, but this one is exceptional, the manager, Miguel, is the most wonderful man and the most understanding person as I have 3 sons and two of them have Autism, and he is just amazing with them, and has a fantastic rapport with not only the public but his staff as well, but my son, Jude, absolutely adores him and can't wait to come and stay. The environment is unlike anything we have experienced.
The hotel was absolutely fine for our stay. We chose it mainly because our son was staying at EF Language School across the road, so the location was perfect for us and made moving his luggage very easy.
The rooms were spacious, the receptionist was extremely welcoming and helpful, and the hotel is very centrally located. The city centre and the beach are both within walking distance. Free parking was also a big plus, especially in such a central location.
Breakfast is quite simple, but for us it had everything we needed. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay.
One of the lifts was not working, so sometimes there was a short wait for the other lift. We were on the third floor, so we occasionally just used the stairs, which was perfectly fine.
Estaba todo muy limpio, fue nuestra primera vez en Bournemouth, fue maravilloso, el personal del hotel fueron muy amables y atentos con los huéspedes, los recomiendo 100%. Ha sido un placer😁
Was op zich een goed hotel
Toilet in de badkamer is veel te laag, zou een zwevend toilet moeten zijn maar deze hing nagenoeg bijna op de grond. Wellicht hoort dit zo in de UK?
