Not a great value for money.
Pros:

The location is good, not far from the quieter part of the beach. Not much around it, groceries in particular. Bus was useful too, don't know about the parking.

Cons:

The ratio cost/expectation isn't met. Also, it was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but it's 3 stars. Price wise, I would have expected a 4 stars. The lifts were broken more often than working, we had to take the stairs with the 2 luggages from one of the top floors. I stayed in other Holiday Inn abroad and they were better.

Unpleasant staff - go elsewhere

Majority of the staff I dealt with had a terrible attitude
The bed was Very hard.
No door in the shower makes it a bit cold at times and easily soaks the bathroom floor.
Being woken up by the cleaner who came into my room when I was fast asleep
Wardrobe was very shallow so not a great day of storage space.
The room not being cleaned only to be told you have to request it and the room will not be cleaned unless you request it!
If the hotel respond I would take their response with a pinch of salt.

Happy with the stay
Pros:

Hash browns at the breakfast. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

Nothing bad with the hotel as such but bit costly parking and not walking distance close to the beach.

When a hotel proved tea and coffee facility in the room, you expect to include at least 2 small bottles of water and that is usual in all the hotels we been before.. when we mentioned that one of the staff said you can use tap water..

Enjoyable stay with friendly and polite staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, great position ,near bus stops, bars and resturarants. Air condition room was 👍

Cons:

Evening food menu could have been better. Bar drinks a bit expensive,wine list expensive.
