Pros:

The room and bedding is clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff and easy checkin

Cons:

The shower does not have where to put your soap or sponge. There is no floor mat for you to try your feet or an extra towel for this, so you are coming from a shower with wet feet on to a tiled floor which can be a fall risk/ risk of slipping.

Will definitely visit again
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I was a little worried before arriving because I had read some negative reviews, which totally depends on the customers, but my experience was completely different. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great hotel for price of not fussy
Pros:

Lovely clean bedding lovely spacey room bathroom shared but clean staff were lovely and accommodating with fresh towels kettle and coffee and tea facilities in the room with a tv and little sink

Cons:

Was a little undated with roof water marks. Couple of missing blinds (slats) but is undergoing refurbishment

Good value for a short stay
Pros:

Cheap and close to Roundhay Park festival. Well priced

Cons:

Room smelled, plug in room was not fixed to the wall so no TV. Other plug started clicking in the middle of the night whilst my phone was on charge
