Very comfortable and well located hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel and well located near StPauls. Only 10minutes from StPancrass by public transport and walking distance from many London highlights. Clean room with everything you need, good beds and friendly staff.
Breakfast buffet serving English buffer and (limited) choice of bread, charcuterie, yoghurt and fresh fruit.
Since it was very hot weather, we especially liked the fountains with cold drinking water on every Floor and the free refillable bottles to take on-the-go.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf, ideale uitvalsbasis voor citytrip.
Pros:

Comfortabel hotel en goede ligging, gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf StPancrass en vele highlights zijn te voet bereikbaar.
Het was erg warm dus we apprecieerden het erg dat er in het hotel waterfonteintjes met koud drinkwater en gratis hervulbare flesjes beschikbaar waren om mee te nemen als je de stad inging.

Cons:

Vast tapijt op de hotelkamer.

Great service and cozy atmosphere
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. We were nicely greeted by Yana at the reception and she helped us with the check in. We had a great room, spacious and light with high windows. The bed was really comfortable. Good service and room with high standards 😊 - I will definitely repeat this hotel without any question 😀

A great location and nice hotel
Pros:

A great location and good facilities located next to St Paul’s. The rooms are a good size and are always clean. They have an onsite coffee shop and communal area to work from.

Cons:

The AC/ heating can be hit and miss as it’s a centralised system across the hotel. We had a few very hot days during our visit in spring and the heating was on all night. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d also suggest ear buds as you can hear the St Paul’s Cathedral bells during the night.

Shockingly bad
Pros:

Not much tbh

Cons:

- toilet made a very loud gurgling all night, we got someone to come check n they said there was nothing wrong with it for it to 5 minutes later start again
- toilet also failed to flush properly leading it to rise to the top, stay there for a while then reduce until there was almost no water in the bowl whatsoever
- breakfast was shameful, we are in England why can’t you even get a full English right
- stank of dog shit, not even perfume could cover it
- tv was slow
- room was dated to the degree it wasn’t suitable- stained walls, carpets and heater - no working AC either
- no veiw and window is very shabby and looks unclean
- door wouldn’t lock properly unless we were outside

La habitación tenía un buen tamaño y era muy cómoda.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación olía a cigarrillos. Este fue el único punto que nos incomodó. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.

Beliggenheten, sentralt og pent område i byen.

Cons:

Gammelt og veldig mye støy utenfra og fra ventilasjonsanlegg på rommet. Det var nesten ikke mulig å åpne vinduet. De gikk heller ikke an å lukke ordentlig heller.

Das Zustellbett ist unbequem und wackelig gewesen, die Klimaanlage war im einen Bereich kalt und im anderen heiss, dann kam jemand und hat es repariert und dabei alles dreckig gemacht, das ganze Bett war dann schwarz und schmutzig

Pros:

מלון נעים, צוות מקסים חדר נקי ומרווח ומיקום נהדר אם לא רוצים לישון בתוך הבלגן והרעש. מתחת למלון יש סופר, בתי קפה ומסעדות.

Cons:

הצינור של ראש הגשם במקלחת היה קצת קרוע ולכן זרם המים היה פחות חזק.
