La climatización no tenía potencia suficiente para mantener una buena temperatura. Las ventanas son muy antiguas, no aíslan y apenas se pueden abrir. Es la única cuestión negativa.

Lo que no me gustó fue que al llegar al hotel desde recepción nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar una fianza de 50 libras que sería devuelta en cuanto hiciéramos el check-out. Estamos a día 14 de septiembre y después de haber contactado con el hotel a través de su chat Ameniti sigo sin recuperar mi dinero. Espero que pronto me den una solución a este problema.

La pulizia della camera non era accurata (evidente cartaccia sulla moquettes non rimossa in un soggiorno durato 3 notti!; doccia non pulita e rotolo carta igienica finito abbandonato in bagno e non rimosso; cestito non svuotato e tazze the sporche non sostituite
