Im Bad waren die Fliesen komplett verschimmelt. Nachdem ich das Personal darauf angesprochen habe, wurde nur gesagt: „Ja, wir renovieren auch bald.“ Keine Entschuldigung für die Zustände und den gleichen Preis gezahlt für ein verschimmeltes Bad

Location and personel

Cons:

The room was quite small and divided into a bedroom and a corridor. Unfortunately, the walls were so thin that you could clearly hear the couple in the neighbouring room several times a day, which made the stay uncomfortable.

The bathroom was clean, but some areas of the bedroom could have been better maintained.

Great Location, staff unfriendly.
Pros:

The location was very close to Checkpoint Charlie also a building with 95 Stopelsteines around it.
It was clean with a refrigerator. The shower was separated from the toilet so two sinks.

Cons:

The reception was not friendly.
Also I pre checked in online with passport and card as asked. It said just show up and get your key, you are all set to go. But the lady and reception made me show my passport again and credit card again.
Why bother with pre-checking in, a waste of time.

The reception people were just all unfriendly. I was extremely disappointed in that.

Hotel nie należy do najnowszych- widać to w wystroju. Ma dobrą lokalizację. Nie było problemu z zaparkowaniem przy drodze (płatny parking publiczny)
