Location is good. Nice, safe neighbourhood. The very good breakfast. Quite comprehensive. Big, comfortable beds. Decent sized rooms. Friendly staff. Sustainability-focused practices.

Cons:

Why would a hotel NOT provide complimentary drinking water for its guests? Only drinking water in the rooms were available in the overpriced mini bars. Not cool. Also cleaning can be a little better. The housekeeping staff regularly missed some spots in the bathroom.

Me pusieron en la cama matrimonial una sábana de soltero…o sea, en la mitad de la cama nada más.
Luego cambiaron, casi 12 de la noche, cuando llegó para dormir que veo…y ponen sábanas rotas. Las ropas están muy viejas.

Ótima opção de hotel na zona Sul de SP
Pros:

Sempre que vou a SP fico hospedado neste hotel. A localização é excelente. O quarto é confortável e espaçoso, academia bem estruturada e café da manhã muito bom, com uma equipe sempre solicita em ajudar e prestar um bom atendimento.

Cons:

O único detalhe é o barulho do aeroporto de congonhas. Em alguns momentos pode incomodar.
