13 in 1 dozijn
Pros:

Prima/functioneel. Aardig personeel. Bed is goed. Ontbijt is standaard en dus prima.

Cons:

Net als veel hotels pretendeert Leonardo hotels chique trendy, bijzonder te zijn. Dat beperkt zich tot een mooie entree en hal. Maar eigenlijk is het een somber en lelijk gebouw. De kamers zijn 13 in een dozijn. Het onderhoud is achterstallig, met beschadig stucwerk en schilderwerk in trappenhuis en kamers. Vrijwel geen daglicht door de kleine ramen. Er staat een bed, dus het maakt niet uit waar je boekt. Wat dat betreft is het dus erg overpriced. Als je enkel een goed bed en prima ontbijt zoekt en de prijs maakt je niks uit: doen. Als je iets bijzonders zoekt: niet doen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage war für unseren Besuch perfekt, da es in der Nähe von Kanal und dem Tales Restaurant gelegen ist.

Cons:

Kleinere Schönheitsfehler an der Badezimmertür (Lackabplatzer), die aber passieren können wenn viele Leute dort ein und ausgehen.

Goede ligging tegen centrum Groningen
Pros:

Gewoon modern middenklasse hotel. Goede airco bij warme buitentemperatuur.

Cons:

Kamers wat aan krappe kant vooral badkamer! Had kamer langs straatzijde en had indruk dat raam openstond door het lawaai van terraszitters tot laat in de nacht. Niet te doen voor een normale nachtrust! Kamers gehorig dus totaal onvoldoende geïsoleerd!

It was okay!
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant, the room was nice and quiet and the bed was comfortable and we could leave our bags at the reception after checking out

Cons:

The view was not very good and the overall cleanliness/look of the room was a bit below my expectations although still okay

Die Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Das Zimmer 427, zwei sehr kleine Fenster, Möbel und Türen könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Für den Preis hätte man ein besseres Frühstücksbuffet erwartet. Das Personal beim Frühstück war freundlich und bemüht, aber nicht professionell. Bei der Anreise standen wir gute 20 min. vor der Parkgarage, bis einer von uns sich zum Hotel aufmachen musste, um darum zu bitten, die Garage zu öffnen. Keine Ahnung, ob nicht bekannt ist, das dort die Straße viel befahren wird und Busse nicht mehr durchkamen, weil das Tor nicht aufgemacht wurde. Das ist ein sehr unglücklicher Zustand, wenn ein Hotel Aufenthalt so anfängt. Das sollten Sie vielleicht mit einer professionellen Kamera abstellen!!! Schade, das Hotel wird uns nicht wiedersehen!

Perfect hotel voor bezoek Groningen
Pros:

De ligging vlakbij het centrum en de parkeerplaats vlakbij. Kom wel op tijd want het laatste plaatsje kan wat lastig zijn voor een grote auto, maar veilige parkeerplaats.
