Pros:

Gezien het warme weer last minute omgeboekt naar dit hotel vanwege de kamers met airco. In de rest van het hotel geen airco. Locatie is goed bereikbaar en fijn om vlak om de hoek in de garage van het hotel te kunnen parkeren (voor 21 euro extra per dag). Enorme klantvriendelijkheid en heel fijn en laagdrempelig contact via WhatsApp. Daarnaast ongeveer 200 meter afstand en je staat midden op de Grote Markt en alles in het centrum is op loopafstand. Daarnaast ook goed dat het hotel een certificaat voor duurzaamheid heeft en niet standaard elke dag de kamers schoon maakt, maar eens per 3 dagen. Het is wel mogelijk dat het vaker gebeurd, maar alleen op verzoek (voor 10 u s ochtends). Daarnaast zaten we aan de voorkant met prachtig uitzicht op de Martini toren en het Forum. Geen last van geluid gehad van buiten, in het hotel zelfs de kamers om je heen wel. Het is redelijk gehorig.

Cons:

Prijs kwaliteit viel mij echt tegen. Het hotel is verouderd qua stijl en de gangen maar ook de kamer een beetje muffig. Daarnaast viel de algehele hygiëne in de kamer tegen met vlekken op de spiegels en stoffige plekken en een krappe/donkere badkamer waar de afzuiging niet goed werkte waardoor het heel vochtig en glad op de vloer werd met douchen. Ook de kamer zelf vonden wij qua indeling aan de krappe kant waardoor je met moeite om het bed heen kon lopen. Daarnaast zat er een kuil in de topper in het midden van het matras.

Had a great time in Groningen visiting friends. This was a perfect place to stay.
Pros:

Super clean, close to attractions and had air con during a heat wave. The night security was also excellent

Die Lage war optimal für einen City Trip und auch das Zimmer war für den Anlass entsprechend ausgestattet.

Der Preis pro Nacht / Zimmer ist zu hoch, die Einfahrt in die Parkgarage sehr schmal, vor allem, wenn diese durch parkende Autos noch mehr eingeengt wird;

Ideaal voor stadervaring
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het hotel ligt ook zeer centraal. De airco was tijdens de hittegolf geweldig, tenminste in de superior comfort room. De gewone kamer met twin bedden kon de airco niet van de ijskoude stand af, dus hebben we hem maar uit gedaan. In de superior kamer was ook een koelkast. Heel handig.

Cons:

De hygiene in de badkamer kon iets beter, maar er is al een aantekening van gemaakt. Het bad was op zo’n manier ingebouwd dat je niet lekker achterover kon liggen ook. Je hoofd komt dan raar tegen de muur, Verder is het erg gehorig aan de straatkant. In de gewone twin room zijn de gordijnen niet lichtdicht. Ik begrijp niet waarom ze daar anders zijn.

Pratique et confortable. Permet de découvrir la ville à pied.
Pros:

Le confort, la situation, proche du centre ville, le personnel chaleureux et serviable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La bouteille de savon vide dans la baignoire-douche....Je l'ai rapportée à l'accueil. Il restait un flacon de savon sur le lavabo. Pas de place de parking à l'hôtel mais un parking dans le quartier un peu plus loin.
