Pros:

Gostei da cama gigante e da banheira de hidromassagem . Café da manhã mata a fome, mas pelo valor da diária deveria ser mais generoso para com os hóspedes . Gostei da localização próximo a avenida paulista, uma região bonita e segura. A vista do quarto era fantástica. Gostei da lareira e tv smart na sala deixando o ambiente aconchegante. Gostei até do cheiro do hotel e da criatividade dos nomes das suítes.

Cons:

Na primeira noite, eu, minha esposa e meu filho de 3 anos passamos frio. Na verdade não era cobertor, mas sim uma manta fina. Foi uma experiência abaixo do padrão esperado para o hotel, algo realmente decepcionante.

Somente no segundo dia o funcionário Anderson resolveu a situação de forma profissional, cordial e muito paciente, especialmente porque eu já estava bastante irritado. Ele providenciou mais duas mantas, o que melhorou significativamente a noite. Ainda assim, elas continuavam sendo finas, mas ao menos o frio ficou mais suportável. Vale destacar que a falha não foi do funcionário, que prestou um excelente atendimento.

Por outro lado, a cama é confortável e o silêncio do local é excelente.

Na cozinha do flat, senti falta de itens básicos, como bucha e detergente. A impressão que tive foi de que a estrutura foi pensada para desencorajar os hóspedes a cozinhar.

Além disso, não houve limpeza do quarto pela camareira, mesmo tendo passado o dia inteiro fora. Fiquei bastante contrariado ao retornar do Animália Park e encontrar o quarto da mesma forma e com cheiro de fralda porque elas não retiraram nem o lixo dos banheiros.

Minha nota final é 7/10

Decepção..
Pros:

Fomos mau recepcionado por uma senhora.
Estava com extrema má vontade e mau humor.

A minha esposa e minha funcionária perceberam tbm.

Isto foi decisivo p ñ voltarmos mais.

Cons:

Atendimento na recepção no Check in.

Após 8 hrs de Voo ñ fomos bem atendidos.

Pros:

This is one of the best place I always chose to stay for many reasons.
Location : Just 2 blocks away from center of Paulista Avenue, you can go to either directions and you will find everything you need - Food, Shopping, Groceries etc..

Rooms - Very spacious, like an apartment with all kitchen facilities to cook, living room, a balcony, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, timely cleaning etc.

One of the best Indian restaurant just next to the hotel - Samosa.

Breakfast - is basic, not so many options but manageable.
Staff - is really helpful, most of them do not speak English but that's something common there.

Cons:

This hotel has many apartments which are privately owned, and I feel those are better in terms of kitchen facilities, and sparkling clean.
I have stayed in Ms. Daniela's apartment on 12th floor and I would always like to get the same one.
Very responsive and supportive lady.

One thing I was disappointed this time was they didn;t allowed even 1 hour late check-out. It was a blunt NO from them.
I understand the room may have already been booked by the next guest but 1 hour can always be accommodated.

Excelente custo-benefício.
Pros:

Localização excelente, estacionamento (pago) embaixo no próprio prédio com valor acessível para hóspedes, espaço do quarto excepcional (tipo flat).

Cons:

Não tenho o que reclamar. Estadia curta, de apenas 1 dia. Não pude avaliar mais coisas.
