Boa mas muita poeira e mofo
Pros:

quarto com sala bem grande e vaaarias janelas (então privacidade não vai ter tanta kkkk) mas banheiro bem confortável e cama de casal legal também, pelo preço foi ótimo, mas o hotel tem paredes mofadas e muito cheiro de poeira, para alérgicos não recomendo muito. Pois em si o prédio é bem antigo, mas se você não vai passar muito tempo (como no meu caso) vale a pena o preço acessível.

Pros:

O quarto era muito espaçoso e com um bom chuveiro!
Funcionários atenciosos e o café da manhã era bem completo e saboroso!
A localização é excelente, numa rua tranquila. Bares e restaurantes próximos, além da estação de trem Berrini, que fica a poucas quadras de distância.

Cons:

A cama poderia ser mais confortável, mas para poucas diárias estava ok.

Gostei da localização e do café da manhã, os demais estavam satisfatório, bem limpos e arrumados.

Cons:

O recepcionista. Entendo que atendimento ao público a pessoa tem que estar preparada, saber instruir e orientar adequadamente, ter paciência e entender que nem todos sabem anteriormente tudo, e outras pessoas possuem graus de entendimento diferentes que em cada atendimento deve-se prestar atenção.

Bom, mas poderia ser melhor
Pros:

Hotel bonito, com um bom café da manhã, cama confortável e banheiro limpo.

Cons:

Apenas acho que pela localização privilegiada, o hotel precisa investir mais em uma repaginação para dar um ar mais moderno. O quarto estava com um cheiro de suor e um pouco abafado, e os lençóis estavam limpos, mas não é um tipo de quarto de hotel que tenha aquele cheirinho agradável de limpo e lençóis recém colocados. Acredito que falta um pouco de manutenção de modo geral, e aquele toque de cheirinho de limpeza que vc espera ao se hospedar em um hotel.
