According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
The Radisson Oscar Freire is undergoing works in some apartments, which are part of the development's revitalization project, scheduled for completion in early March 2024. The objective is to offer the comfort and modernity that you deserve. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Exceptional location for swanky shops on R. Oscar Freire. Near Metro station and Avenida Paulista. Super comfortable bed and room with many USB charging ports. Great toiletries in super clean bathroom.
Absolutely lovely staff, Eduardo in particular was super helpful and bi-lingual in English and Portuguese. He helped us with an early check-in and stored our bags. Thank you!!
Not much. It isn’t a ‘beautiful’ hotel - being converted from something older and a bit dated. This does not matter though - everything worked properly and reliably.

Chegamos exaustos e o funcionário Eduardo antecipou nossa entrada no hotel sem colocar nenhum obstáculo!! A localização é privilegiada, com um excelente entorno!!
No haviam abastecido os recipientes de sabonete/xampu líquido no ato da chegada ao hotel; a porta do quarto merece um reparo na pintura! Na hora de tomar café, o cozinheiro não estava de prontidão para fazer nossa tapioca/omelete… se o café começa às 06:00, toda a equipe tem que está de prontidão, na minha opinião!

Location and staff attention
Cleaning. I stayed for 7 nights and for 2 nights my room was not cleaned. I had to call them to do the bed at 10:30pm when returned from dinner

The location of this hotel is excellent. That truly is the highlight of our stay. The staff, namely Magno who helped us at check-in, and especially Eduardo (whom we interacted most with) made our stay exceptional. Eduardo gave us wonderful advice where to go, excursions and activities, and became a stalwart in helping us navigate Sao Paolo. Breakfast was lovely. The biggest downside is the wifi. We needed to change our room so we could get a better connection (so great kudos to Magno and the front staff for assisting us). The hotel is busy upgrading so we know it will improve steadily. The current state of the hotel certainly does not warrant it as a 5 star. Although the price range is high. The lifts are very small and the hallways are quite tiny. Yes, it's a safe and lovely location - but if you come here, just be patient while renovation and upgrading is taking place - the staff really do try their utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible. To the Management at the Radisson Oscar Freire - please sort out the renovations quickly! You have amazing staff on board. There are better choices in the area at a far better cost. Earn the 5 stars you say you are - because that's where the value for money lets you down.
