The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Do not trust pictures.
Pros:

Friendly personnel though untrained. Personnel is always trying to do their best to help.

Cons:

Very old building and facilities. Scary elevator. The parts and rooms that are said to be renewed are clearly painted and refinished for picture purposes and not for clients' satisfaction. Least investment and poor staff training. I would not walk around in the evening in that area. Absolutely not a 5 stars hotel. Very thin doors absolutely not sound proof.
