리셉션 직원들이 높이는 호텔의 수준
Pros:

아침 식사도 괜찮았고 객실도 널찍하고 깨끗했다. 무엇보다 리셉션 직원들에게 너무나 감사하다. 체크인 시간이 되지 않았음에도 얼리 체크인을 할 수 있게 노력해주셨고 어떠한 문의를 하든 너무나 친절하고 신속하게 응대해주셨다. 리셉션 직원들의 서비스와 친절도 만큼은 5성급 호텔 못지 않았다고 생각한다. 호텔 자체는 평범할 수도 있겠지만 리셉션 직원들 덕분에 이 호텔에서의 숙박경험이 특별해졌다.

Cons:

커넥팅룸을 배정받았는데 문 하나로 연결되어 있어서 인지 옆방과 방음이 전혀되지 않아 너무 시끄러웠다. 다만 리셉션에 문의하니 바로 해결해주셨다.

Very polite and competent staff, however rooms themselves leave a bit to be desired.
Pros:

The breakfast had a lot of yummy options including many juices and breads, even warm foods like fried eggs and sausage. The location was walkable to restaurants we liked. Beds were comfortable for us. Cozy blankets were provided. The staff were very helpful and polite. When we had a malfunction in the room, they were very responsive. We appreciate that so much.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit run-down in general. We were traveling in a group (three separate rooms) and everyone had an issue in their room, either leaky ceiling, malfunctioning mini-split, or leakage underneath sink & fridge. There is evidence of the beginnings of mold in the bathrooms as they lack adequate ventilation. There were stains and grime on bathroom walls and light switches since our arrival. I was able to clean the light switches with the wet wipes I had on hand. But it made me wonder how long they had been like that.

El hotel es central para recorrer diferentes lugares y cerca al aeropuerto, los desayunos son delicioso y es muy bueno cerca se tienen restaurantes deliciosos para comer y farmacias
