Barcelona cousin's trip 2026
Pros:

We stayed at the Sercotel Hotel Rosellon i Barcelona.
We could reach out and touch the Basilica De La Sagrada Familia.
The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant. I would stay there again for a short stay because it didn't have a pool. The rooftop service of drinks and food was great.

Era cómoda la habitación, estaba bien ubicado. En el sector se ve mucho movimiento, comercio, personas extranjeras. Queda cerca de varios lugares para salir caminando.

Very nice location and clean room.

Cons:

When we told the desk that we had to leave to catch an early train, they weren't willing to watch our bags for us while we got breakfast. They also would not let us have the breakfast early (not even coffee) when we had prepaid for this.

This wasn't at all exceptional. We should be eligible for a refund for a breakfast that was paid for and not provided.

Great location, close to metro, port, beach and shops by walking. The room with a balcony is not worth.
Pros:

The location is great, near to the port and about 20 minutes walking to the beach. The room was clean, the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The balcony is too small, that it can’t fit two people. The Rambla is under construction and all the day there is noise and dust.

Noise from roadworks, shame
Pros:

First experience of the construction of Barcelona was having to drag the suitcases to hotel because roads shut all around hotel
Having got in, the hotel was smart and reception very good
Room was good, bathroom very modern
Breakfast was fresh and tasty
Roof sun lounge was enjoyable
Very good location to everything
Metro next door nearly
Would I go back
