Cons:

Room is a little dated and carpets felt rather old. Couldn't really walk barefoot around the room because the carpets were somewhat spiky! Similarly, bathroom was a little mouldy and the default supplied towels were too few. Had to keep requesting for more towels. For the price, one would have expected a better stay or a bigger room.. rather disappointing!

The room and toilet are small and compact in Kuala Lumpur standard. The hotel has been around for some years and looks a bit dated

Convenient location, clean & comfortable. Good rate if you book early enough
Pros:

Excellent location. Just 2 min walk to the Mid Valley city mall. Room is clean & comfortable .Big enough for a couple or single.

Cons:

Cannot control the temperature of the air conditioner in the room.

Pros:

So convenient to mid valley n other places. Loved that there was a fan to switch from air- conditioning

Cons:

Bit small. But, not so bad as we were out most of the time. Single bed was really narrow. But managed to get a good night's sleep.

Will always consider Cititel my main target whenever I visiting KL
Pros:

The locality of the hotel was very strategic, making our stay and route to other places ideally and comfortably easier

Just nice!
Pros:

The breakfast choices are quite varieties and taste good. The location is easy to find, easy access to mall. Definitely will come back and stay here again!

Cons:

Not easy to find parking, hopefully got reserved parking for hotel guests only
