L’amabilité du personnel, l’emplacement (au bord de l’Adour et proche de la Gare), du café (excellent) à toute heure

Cons:

Le caractère très sommaire du mobilier et de l’équipement de la chambre malgré un prix relativement élevé (pas de chaise ni de fauteuil, pas de placard à vêtements, pas de tablette dans la sdb pour poser les produits, pas de réfrigérateur, pas de tables de nuit) : uniquement le lit, une table et un pouf

Pros:

Good breakfast, good bike storage, pleasant staff at breakfast/check out.

Cons:

Original room had a loose tile outside window which rattled loudly in the wind ( enough that it would have made sleep difficult. Went to reception and reported it and she said “What do you expect me to do about it,I’m here on my own”. She did change our room but was quite brusque to the point of being rude, really made me feel that I was being a nuisance!
