It was Ina good location but lacked quality interiors
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was okay. Most staff were helpful and cheerful

Cons:

I felt the room was basic although the bed was comfortable. The shower room appeared like an add on.

We love Liverpool, lots to see and do
Pros:

This was our second stay at the Ibis!
Great location, polite, helpful staff overall happy with the stay there, will go back in the future.

Cons:

Nothing! Apart from the building works along side.

Cons:

Dark area when entering the hotel so not particularly welcoming. Not being able to pay by cash for anything. Having to use a debit card to pay £1 to use the pool table is really not good.
