Clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Location convenient for Waterfront and city centre.
Room was very compact so bit tight on space but plenty of hanging space for clothes.
Did not have breakfast
The property is in a prime location and when walking into the hotel, it is very welcoming to the eye.
Unfortunately when entering the room, we were met with brown striped stains on one of the pillows and marks on the wall. Along with this the bed was extremely uncomfortable, to the extent that both nights we stayed, we did not get a good night sleep. We were looking forward to trying the breakfast which was greatly reviewed and we can see why as the food itself tasted great. However, it was tarnished by a seemingly unhelpful member of staff who seemed to not care for customer service with how I was spoken to. I did not get the team members name however this was on the Thursday morning (21st) and she had long blonde hair. Upon leaving we were not asked how our stay was otherwise we would have mentioned this at the time.
It was a very clean hotel, the staff were excellent and put themselves out when you asked them a question if they weren't sure of the anwser they would look it jp and ensire the information was correct
The only downside was that in the room was a card that asked me if i wanted clean sheets put a card on the bed. I did not as i was only sleeping at the hotel for 5 night, aldo a card to say help us save on washing towel i was to put them on the bathroon floor despite keeping the on the towel rail they were changed evey day this does not help

Basic but clean hotel.
The room was very warm and we couldn't get the air con unit to blow cold.We opened the window and although it was very noisy it didn't really bother us as we were so tired from our days exertions we slept ok.
We stayed two nights and had breakfast on the first night.
The quality of the food on offer really wasn't all that good the bacon in particular being very poor quality and barely cooked.and the restaurant was packed and very hot.
Needless to say we ate out on the second morning.
Most of the staff were friendly and the young lad working behind the bar on the Saturday/Sunday night was exceptional going his way to help.
The hotels in a great location and I would stay again,but just avoid the breakfast!

Location was excellent, rooms clean and pleasant, staff friendly and helpful. Parking onsite.
Breakfast was not great. Shared areas not in as good comdition as the rooms.

Additional cost for parking, bar area lacked any atmosphere or comfortable seating. Car park lights flooded the bedroom at night.

The proximity to the City Centre and to the Congress I attended.
My first night experience wherein there was someone who is staying next to my room who made a noise after midnight which took one hour.
I was scared about it.
I hope there will be more choices with the food.
