Pros:

Parking and reception both easily accessible

Cons:

The only snag is the bathroom was cold as the fan was on and the room was hot but its only a small thing

great except for the second nights meal

the hotel s location was perfect for what we wanted to do . breakfast was good clean tidy .what more can i say.

Sorry ibis we had 2 meal in the restaurant, first night good. Second night took one hour plus to get our meals, some bits were cold had to return them, Some people were asking for money back and leaving. Are main problem was my partner is type1 diabetic, and took her insulin 15 mins after ordering (same as night before) allowing for food to be cooked so after 1 hour waiting she was in trouble, we had to ask staff for sugar as her blood levels had dropped so low. the restaurant was not busy so the cook was not over worked the other staff were helpful. and sorry

Location and it is quiet

Cons:

Kettle was dusty and there was no handtowel in room.
If a guest had mobility issues there was little space in the room to move. Bathroom bigger than actual room

It was ok but not sure i would stay again which is a shame because location is absolutely perfect.

Cons:

This is our second stay here and the room was had was in much need of an upgrade. The lack of sockets was very poor plus out of the sockets that were there only 1 worked. The bathroom was also in need of an upgrade

Pros:

Staff very efficient and friendly, if you have a blue badge the parking was free, clean and comfortable room.

Cons:

Nowhere to use the kettle, had to use the floor next to the socket on the wall , not enough water pressure in the shower and body wash bottle was empty.

Budget friendly, easy and assessable.
Pros:

The staff were brilliant, the first room I was allocated the smell of cleaning products was too much, I went down to reception and the gentleman on reception changed my room within a minute. The second room was perfect.

Cons:

Nothing really was exactly what it says, cheap clean and does have a nice bar on site and 12 o’clock check out is brilliant.

Overall we enjoyed the stay
Pros:

It was nice being close to the dock and all other amenities.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. We had to ask for scrambled egg because what was there was watery. And just tomato water in another dish.

Needed to wake refreshed but had 2 bad nights and this effected my efficiency in my work.
Pros:

Breakfast not good value for money. Possitives? The coffe was good.

Cons:

I didnt sleep the 1st night due to a strong 'wet dog' smell which i later realised was from wet carpet. I Dont appreciate having my room flood the next day and having to change rooms. Didnt sleep 2nd night due to tbe constant banging of doors by noisy coach load of guests thathad arrived that evening.

Less than adequate, not clean
Pros:

Location was convenient for conference centre

Cons:

Shower was unclean, room very tired and drab. £20 fee to check in early to room a few hours early was extortionate given room was ready and we were a large group that had booked about 10 rooms (booked individually)
