Our couple of day break
Pros:

A great location for Albert dock, bus station centre .ferry .Comfortable bed a lovely room.Great big shower .A mini ironing board and a hairdryer .I would stay again .

Cons:

Everything was great but if I'm being picky .The tables were close together for breakfast.But I would definitely stay again

liverpool great city and great people i would recommend a stay to anyone
Pros:

it was close to bus station and most attractions the pizzas for dinner were well made and tasteful

Cons:

rooms were passable very basic . the toilet layout was very dangerous a large step to get into and out of . AS for the Breakfast facilities they were HORRENDOUS . the que to get Breakfast was deplorable and when you got to front of Q most items were not there and had to stand and wait again for staff to replemish the food PLUS the tea and coffee machine kept breaking

Unbeatable value, good hotel and great location!
Pros:

Such a bonus to have air con in our room! Room has absolutely all you need. Asked for an extra towel and no problem, nothing is too much trouble. Kindly checked us in earlier than published time which helped so much as we had been up at 04.30hrs to make our train. Perfectly positioned for Albert Dock and beyond. Taxi drivers are superb too! Room was very clean. It’s quiet too. Had dinner there which was good and cooked fresh to order. Staff were all exceptional. Fantastic value and would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Please can we have teaspoons in the rooms and not stirrers! They’re more sustainable and sturdy too! Thank you 🤩
